MegabusTA
Any TA used the Dublin Aircoach before? Looks like a good transfer option to City centre . There's about 3 or 4 stops in city centre you can book to . But not sure which one is best for bars !
Goozay
Depends on where you're going but Dublin Aircoach tends to be the luxury option. If you're heading for O'Connell Street/Temple Bar/Grafton Street/St Stephen's Green you'd be as well get the cooncil bus - although it doesn't have complimentary wifi! I'm sure our Irish pals will be able to give more information.
MegabusTA
Cheers Goozay. Is that the Airlink 747? If so , just noticed that. Problem with that is, doesn't run through the night like Aircoach, and we have 6:30am flight fae dublin on Sunday.
scottincarlisle
We used aircoach both times in 2011 & they were fine. It was about €4 single back then I think. Will be using them again in June.

Just had a quick look online and it's the number 16 bus that runs from the airport to town and then onto some of the suburbs on the southside for about half the price of Airlink 747 or Aircoach. I don't think the number 16 bus runs through the night though so to catch your return flight you're probably best off with Aircoach.
Charlie Endell
A pre-booked taxi is only 27 Euros (up to eight people) into the city centre, so if there's a few folk there's no need to travel by poverty wagon. I stuck the link on another thread on here. Edited January 4, 2015 by Charlie Endell
greenforever
Taxi for 4 is only €20 to the airport, aircoach is €7 and is slow, even with no traffic it has to travel at same speed as rush hour....stupid european legislation re bus routes and timetables
