Charlie Endell
Yup, the Bono Endorsement Factor is a major hurdle that one has to overcome if one is to appreciate the value of a number of things. Still, having achieved it, the 'despite' rather than 'because of' aspect gives our appreciation extra value. Besides which I'd bought Raw Power (and seen the Ig) before Bono had chosen his silly name, nevermind achieved secular canonization. I pity the young. Best song so far today? Peter Warlock's The Curlew: Mr Osterberg is giving the John Peel (hmmm...) Lecture on BBC4 tonight - if that's available in Luanda!

the Sunnylaw Jag
George and Bungles' harmonies make that song for me Yeah but now you've mentioned that programme I will start searching the seedy world of the internet for images of Jane from Rod, Jane and Freddy. Is this wrong? I suppose it could be worse I could be looking for images of Rod or Freddy.
