Was there as much off a build up in the lead up to the last one as there is this time or is it a case off round the clock news channels and social media which is keeping it in front off everybody's eyes??
How can we actually trust these bastards to count the ballot papers correctly??
With all the tactics they've used so far nothing would surprise me when the kaaantz are involved
It's only now that the season ticket seems like a decent purchase. Not for one minute defending the price but with all these trips and games coming thick and fast it's taking it's toll.
Just think though once this wee rush off games is over it should be straight forward after then
With the match taking place mid June I wouldn't be surprised if there's a friendly somewhere between the end off the season and the ROI match. Training camps are all well and good but the best part off a month with no game time is another matter.
Just a guess mind you but if that is the case I'd hope they could arrange and announce it well in advanced. I'll be on 5 after Poland so would be quietly confident off a Dublin ticket but any away friendlys inbetween would almost see me scunnered for a ticket
It was worth every second though. As much as all the away trips are great ones like last week are few and far between. It was just everything was percect(apart from the result) the weather, the prices, the Germans.
There was a few that I spoke to. There was one who was at the Duisburg game who got chucked out for trying to wave a Yes flag in amongst the ultras!!!
I spoke to fans from loads off different clubs in general conversation in both Dusseldorf and in Dortmund but at the end off the day we were there for one reason only
I remember the program about Easyjet on the tele years ago where they came across as being terrible but EVERY single person who I've heard or spoke to about the Luton carry on said they were absolutely brand new
It's a small world as the say!! Seemingly once you were in the ground though you could walk anywhere. When we got in the Scotland and it was rammed to the rafters!! Folk in aisles and anywhere there was a space and not a single seat to be seen as far as I could seeWas it your mate who asked the German guy for a shot on his bike then went arse over elbow and broke the bell off it lol
There was still a huge big massive YES poster opposite Dortmund central train station bottom off the stairs. What I found funny was German people out doing there day to day stuff who'd been giving badges and stickers who were wearing them
