Cracking fire sale on at Paul Lawrie golf centre today. 50% off all clothing. Came away with a footjoy 1/4 zip top,tshirt,puma trousers and an under armour gilet for £124. One mate spent about £350 and another got a galvin green suit for less than £200.

You would be surprised at his attention span at that age,I took my step son when he was 4,and he was absolutely engrossed in the game,loved looking around to see what was happening around him and as soon as we left,kept asking when we were going back again. Is there a development league game or something coming up,or even a junior game/other local team that you could take him to and test the water,see how he got in there,least it would be something you wouldn't mind missing if he wanted to leave.

Just starting to look into the opens for this season. Pencilled in so far are Banchory 36,Braemar 36,Newburgh,duff house and the kinks championship. Also got a few of going down to play Carrick in April,especially looking forward to that.

Why is smoking in the toilet such an issue then? I don't think anyone has ever been injured from someone having a fag.
