  1. Couldn't believe that myself. Unfortunately it is symptomatic of the SFA's attention to detail to the SSC and its membership. Levels of service and courtesy have gone perpetually backwards for about 10 years now.
  2. It's certainly worth it, but you'll barely scratch the surface in one full day. If you are making the effort to go there, then I'd allocate three days if you have the ability to do so.
  3. Craig Gordon's done everything that has been asked of him him very, very well this last week. Bonny78 - I look forward to you being person enough to admit that is the case.
  4. Wonder how many of those thought they got value for their 23 quid plus.
  5. As is Berra. in the spirit of attempting to be positive, Matt Phillips is a real handful.
  6. First of all, every fair play to those who have been able to make it along tonight. Well done to each one of you. However the SFA really need to ask themselves why Hampden is about 40 percent full tonight.
  7. Thanks for this view - genuine question - is your opinion reflected by a majority or minority from what you are able to judge from fans and fans' sites?
  8. Wow - that's an oddity and a half!! Do we have a statto who can tell us when/if that has happened before?
  9. I respectfully disagree with you - at 1-1 after 47 minutes we had the upper hand and chose not to capitalise on that advantage.
  10. Now I don't doubt for one moment you are being totally sincere in stating the above Renfrew, so the following question does not cast your above views under any aspersion.. But I'm interested to know what is your opinion of Mr kit man and his often less than respectful behaviour of those of another persuasion?
  11. Atrocious pricing - absolutely no way either Malta or Slovakia justify that kind of premium. Just my opinion - Scotland home games should not exceed the average price of a top league ticket (and the ugly sisters don't count in that calculation).
  12. Ireland away was dreadful. Had them by the throat early in the second half - a second goal for us that day would have been fatal to their chances. But what did we do instead? Settle for a draw which came back to us with a vengeance in Georgia.
  13. Never a chance that would happen with the current set up - Levein punted Archie out of Tannadice in 2007 within two months of being made manager up there.
  14. Gary Kenneth's debut was August 2010 against Zlatan Ibrahimovic & co in Stockholm. It took Zlatan all of 4 minutes to score....................
  15. He's Scotland's goalkeeper this week, so just for the week get off his back and give him your support.
  16. Here's a clue, Bannigan is incapable of thinking - you lot won't get an easier pen this season.
  17. Nah. We've got Chris Erskine and Kris Doolan. I'll give you the third one - that was horrific defending. But then I have to look at the four that we lost.................
  18. Well done to the Dons today, even although amply aided by some crappy defending on our part. Great game to watch though.
  19. Hey no problem - but your post seems to reinforce my opinion?
  20. So is Stevie May. Either he will or he won't - stop equivocating.
  21. Apart from the first sentence, there's nothing I would disagree with there. Which is why next Friday and Monday are key games for Strachan's tenure. Convincing performance and result in both (particularly Lithuania) and we could be within realistic reach of a play off place for the first time since Stevie Crawford (and you think Chris Martin is bad?).
  22. He ain't Johann Cruyff, agreed. Facts are facts though - and I'll trust WGS on this one, even though the wee bam is intent on ignoring Kris Doolan's impeccable credentials every time international week comes up.
  23. The point is simple - this campaign we have scored more goals with Martin on the park than without him. That's a fact and should be easy for anybody to understand. Apart from his goal v Slovenia, he scored v Malta, and won the free kick for Lee's 2nd v that lot - that'll do for now cos can't be bothered going through every game. Get off Chris Martin's back - WGS picked Leigh Griffiths for 12 internationals before he came up megatrumps in his 13th, and he ain't going anywhere soon as a result (rightly so). It's going in the right direction right now with Chris Martin and Leigh Griffiths - so I'll trust WGS over you on this one.
  24. And yet 7 of our 9 goals in this campaign have been scored while Martin's been on the field of play (the other two being after he was subbed v Malta when the game was already done.). Who'd be a football manager, eh?
