Pretty sure it was, could here Gemmell every now and then with English accent. Doesnt have to be 3 massive centre backs. I think this formation may help us like it did Wales. Could play Tierney on left Hanley centre and Martin right side with Robertson lwb and either Hutton or Paterson at rwb. Would allow Fletcher and Grifiths up top and choose 3 for cm. Say D. Fletcher, Bannan and Snodgrass.

Great to see him fit again and scoring amazing goals like this. (I know it's a u21 friendly) Hopefully get a sniff around Brighton team this season.

I'm a teacher and yes some away games you just cant make but i've made Germany (travelled through the night to get back) Poland (Oct week) and Ireland (sat) wont make georgia but will faro (oct week) for this campaign. Russia 2 away games are oct week and england should be fine if u get away a tad early. Like the new format, games and dates are pot luck so cant argue!

Patterson looked very much like a young hutton today. Great runs, goal, assist and seemed to have a lot of time on the ball.

I'm can't believe the ammount of people who mention 'jacking' it in on this board. My 1st game was in 96 and I have been a fan home and away during our worst period in history. Not once have I ever thought about jacking it in. This your country, for me you can't pick it up one minute and drop the next. Spare a thought for some teams that get nowhere near the big stage but still support there team no matter what. To get back to the original post I have been on a cloud not just pre and post games but even in the months when we have no games. WGS is perfect mix of tactical and inspiration.
