  1. I took my mum out for lunch yesterday. Can I get an exemption from the scorn getting directed at the Strachan haters/Trackie Bottom lovers?
  2. I actually can't keep track here, not sure if serious or sarcasm
  3. I can't see myself going. If I witness an unlikely result on the Telly then I'll be happy regardless. ....also I'll be free to Boo without fear of persecution
  4. This thread is ridiculous. People don't go to game because team have been consistently awful to watch/Sunday/Mother's Day/£40 a ticket Team has one off good game, chances still hanging by a thread. Those who went now exhibiting one-upmanship.
  5. Glad it came off tonight but I'm still sitting out of the England game. For me I just can't see us getting the results we need. Hope im wrong though.
  6. The wife is approaching half way stage, not experienced any hassle so far! have got the second coat of paint in (it's) room tomorrow. Grey. Don't ask - her choice.
  7. Ignore the trolls mate. Most folk on here have taken your sentiment as intended. Hope it's the first step towards a better place for you ??
  8. Agreed. Those 2 quick fire goals in the early stages of the game was utter dreamland.
  9. I'd answer with "NEVER CALL THIS NUMBER AGAIN!" ....and hang up.
  10. Cheers ?? 2 of my mates are expecting too so it's a bit of a weird time for the group of lads. There's some who are still chronically single so outlooks at the weekends are vastly different at the moment I had to google that there lol. Not seen anything like that as yet so hopefully it's not an issue.
  11. Interesting reading, expecting my first in August so all the advice is great stuff
  12. Congratulations, it's only just March and you've been shortlisted for the TAMB awards. 'Most Patronising Post of the Year'
  13. The self awareness from Reevesy is clear. You riding in on your high horse has not added anything. The guy has been brave enough to initiate a discussion and you've resorted to point scoring. Top effort.
  14. You're right. Let's cast them out and give them zero chance to change. Good one.
  15. Hit the nail on the head there. It's the same for my pals and the drink. Shame really.
  16. Get there early, basically be prepared to spend the entire day there. Buses normally book with them in advance which fills their capacity. They leave an proportion to walk ins though. You can chance it but you'll be waiting forever.
  17. Have a couple of pals who I know get involved in all that kind of stuff on occasion. i can see how it happens though, it's easy to get carried away on the bevvying so can imagine it's a similar situation with the white stuff. Having read your post id say you need to seek some help, I'm sure you can call FRANK or something similar. Talking it through with someone who's trained to deal with these issues is a positive step I'd say. Ps. I'm the sensible pal in my crowd
  18. I was one of the first of my pals to get married, didn't do a wedding list as it didn't sit well with me. Got some gifts that were extremely generous but didn't expect anything. Giving a present - I'd look to spend £50 per person attending (e.g. £100 from Me and the missus) if I was at an all day event. That's just me though. Weddings in general just become a ridiculous expense for absolutely everyone involved. It's all about consumerism and greed these days. No wonder the divorce rate is at >40% since 2000! Hope your plans are going well
