Lost mail from an organisation

Short end of the drama is I'm dealing with an accreditation organisation to get my nursing skills assessed in Australia. They've posted my letter of determination regular post which I've not got. They are asking for $60 for this to be resent, after I send another form via post requesting this. 

$60 seems awfully harsh for admin costs considering I had no input on how the orginal letter was sent. 

Any grounds of complaint or do I just need to pay it?

I would question the imposition of a fee when they are the ones responsible for causing the issue here.

Good point. I'll suggest that to them when I call them tomorrow.
