I wouldn't have my phone and laptop out like this clown, but I often have headphones in on my way to work, so I can listen to GMS (I live in ingerlund, and can't get it on my car radio down here!) braveheart_lynch Posted February 9, 2015 Share Posted February 9, 2015 It's a bit of a grey area but I believe you could fall under the law for failing to be in control of the vehicle. I think it's up to the Police at the time, but if you're involved in a collision whilst wearing headphones, smoking etc at the wheel you could get done.
