Cove_Sheep
Round about the same time Aberdeen FC were using Dundee United's list of released players as a scouting network. Nah, they were originally our targets. We were using Dundee Utd to pay the transfer fees for us.
Parklife
Round about the same time Aberdeen FC were using Dundee United's list of released players as a scouting network. It was obviously successful as Calderwood's team always finished about Levein's!
Cove_Sheep
It was obviously successful as Calderwood's team always finished about Levein's! Even when giving them a large head start at time too.
adamntg
It was obviously successful as Calderwood's team always finished about Levein's! True. Eddie Thompson's heart was in the right place, but as a football chairman he was a lunatic. He paid £300,000 or whatever for Lee Miller, then sacked the manager, got in Brewster who insisted Miller had to go cos he was a twat. ET tried to punt Miller to everyone and anyone, including Aberdeen, then when nobody bit he just gave him a sack of money and released him to sign for Aberdeen anyway. Insane. deecie
And then we went and signed Craig Brewster too!
adamntg
After we'd given him a bucket full of money to go away as well.
