Spicey
Whats the average price of booze in cologne/dusseldorf then similiar to here or cheaper. lf yer talkin about bars/pubs then, like here, it depends where you go...in the classic cologne/duss pubs it's generally around €1.60-€1.80 per Kolsch/Alt bier (200ml ie 1/3rd pint) - away from the more popular/touristy areas it's cheaper than that and, of course, even cheaper for carry oot... DoonTheSlope
In Dusseldorf it's around 1.80 for a wee glass of BEER(not usual lager stuff, our mistake haha). NOT lager but BEER. We made that hat mistake and it's proper german dark beer. If your a softy like us, just find an Irish boozer for a few drinks Edited September 4, 2014 by DoonTheSlope

harrystarfish
Weissbier for me, I love the stuff. Canna see the point at all in going to Irish bars when you're in one of the best beer producing countries in the world. I'm drinking a Paulaner at home right now, it's a lovely drop.
