mccaughey85 Posted November 22, 2022 Share Posted November 22, 2022 Watched the second half and that was pretty disappointing even though the commentators said we played better than the first. France are exceptional, the speed and skill they move the ball about was impressive and we looked well off the pace at times. We did have one or two good passages of play and managed to get a goal through a penalty but overall france looked a cut above us and i am guessing they are one of the best teams at that age group in the world. There is some promising players in the u19s and it will be good to see how they progress over the years. Adam and mebude in particular look like future stars but obviously they have a long way to go.
