Caledonian Craig
Last night John McGinn scored twice to take his Scotland goals total to 10. In doing so he became only the 22nd Scotland international to get into double figures for goals scored. That is staggering and just shows that goalscoring has been our Achilles Heel for an eternity. Why do we struggle so much to produce goalscorers and goalscoring strikers at that? It really is something that has never been addressed. When is the time that we sliced a defence apart with a 10-15 pass move? The fact that our two starting strikers only got two shots, in the entire match, fills in a lot of the gaps.
