I don't think any one is in complete opposition I can see some good in ot personally, the Ferry service in Scotland would benefit from some competition methinx. I also think Labour have hi jacked this petition.... re suing the govt.....It would be interesting, but the discussions I have heard is that it will be the Scottish Govt that will have to defend their policy in Court, similar to the min price for Drinks appeal at the mo, aye Murphy is a sleekit wee khunt.. that needs to be repeated.. -

the tweet was from Nicola... so she is against the NHS bit of the TITP.... as is the Scot Gov. The lie, or accusation is that the Scot Gov/Nicola is all for TITP, although they are against part of it. They are asking a Govt, the UK, to change things on their behalf although that govt ,the UK , love the idea and are unlikely to do anything about it. u must be able to see this. not being cheeky.... I am accusing Murphy of trying to pour some dirt on Nicola... I have no proof of this.. but anything that can undermine her will only benefit him Basically I am accusing Murphy of being a sleekit wee khunt..... -

''For those asking about #TTIP, I share concerns about ISDS and oppose any inclusion of the NHS. @scotgov has made this clear to UK gov.'' a tweet from Nicola.. So above post is not truthful, the SG has asked passed their concerns on to the UK govt. How good would it be that our Govt could just do what it is elected to do without asking another Govt for permission.,... -

something fishy afoot, this from the SNP branch.. ''There is a strange email being sent out be the normally reputable 38 degrees asking for signatures to help force the FM to oppose TTIP. Sounds fine so far however the wording is :- "New First Minister Nicola Sturgeon is currently backing a dodgy EU-US trade deal which will take power out of Scotland, and put it in the hands of big American business" This is a lie and I would urge anyone who gets this email to reply to 38 degrees asking why they are sending this out '' Prob to portray Nicola on the wrong side of this... I smell Murphy... -

this Agreement could allow companies the right to SUE the govt if they don't allow private firms to compete with Govt Firms, allowing private firms in some areas could be a good be a good idea ,eg. Ferries in Scotland But this is being driven at a UK level to allow Health Firms access to the NHS, a massive pot of money . It is Cameron's policy to have 45% of NHS in private hands in the English NHS , so not a major issue in England where privatisation of the NHS is proceeding rapidly, But in Scotland we only have a small %age of service provided by semi private firms, the NHS is rum by the Scottish Govt, which is voted in by the people and apart from a very mall %age of the population, we want the HNS to remain in public hands. If this agreement is signed , the Scottish Govt could get sued and the massive costs to defend public health care in court, could be prohibitive, and we would get privatisation of the NHS, and the Water 'by the back door' In other words this could end up privatising the NHS and Scotland wont be able to do anything about it. Another Union Dividend. -

at my local snp branch meeting the other night, there was 7 new members who had all been Labour members 3 years ago.... ... our village membership has gone up from 36 - 104 , only 2000 voters here. We also had a wee surprise as a guy who had voted ' no' joined as well, he shocked us all when he 'came out' but good for him, he changes his mind when the first result came in and regretted what he had done.... we need to know the story why they voted against all logic and common sense... he was scared he said.. -

they are better than everyone elses.. they include a distrust of Foreigners and people who are not the same as they are... u have to mention the war every day at least twice... laff at frogs and Krouts... u have a superiority complex, as many years ago their ancestors invaded and looted other countries.... and u believe it is your right to lord over these people -

Ask Greece for a Friendly... Away, good for Fans, good for rankings, if we win( should do) or Sweden at Home , we always seen to beat them...

Mc Cormack scored more than Rhodes last year and he is still the most expensive Scottish player ever.. He is better all rounder than Rhodes and a better scorer than Fletcher.. he should start against Gib methinx. may and Russell are good prospects, use as subs at the mo till they get more experience..
