How many players have done a season in Serie A as a left back then a season in England as a right back? 😂 I noticed how comfortable he was using his left foot as much as his right. He looks a complete footballer and he could easily play in midfield if required.

Anyone gone to Italy recently? Ryanair check in process is freaking me out as the forms online to get boarding passes were asking for Covid documentation. I'm now checked in but with a big red ! saying 'Covid documents not uploaded'. UK gov website says nothing required. I'm thinking they have to have the function for these documents in case Italy goes back to requiring them but I'm now worried that we're going to get refused entry!

I'm always on at my own wee boy about snapping into his tackles if they're there to be won, but standing his man up if he needs to. Felt like we did too much of the standing off, getting into shape and allowing Ukraine possession. We let them play their wee triangles that moved them 5 metres up all through the game. We had more joy when we went toe to toe second half. Wales were at them from the start.

Ukraine were the better side. Wales were fantastic defensively. Great saves, last ditch tackles etc. The Wales goal a deflected free kick. They then sat back and played on the break. I believe we're now at a similar level to the likes of Wales and Ukraine, but we all know that small margins in football dictate results. Individual errors and tactical or positional choices can be big factors. At least we're now competitive as opposed to just being shite.
