Qatar would certainly not be my choice of oposition, mainly due to loss of World Ranking points (even with a win) so close to the WC draw in July. However, I always look forward to Scotland games and will be good to go to another one before the Ireland game. If it is priced well (around £15) and it goes ahead in Scotland (probably Easter Road) then I see no reason why it shouldn't attract a decent crowd.

Even if the Qatar game was played away then they would not include the points for the Ireland game as it is too close for them to work it all out. The tickets for Ireland would be on sale before the friendly was played.

This will probably be our smallest away crowd at a competitive game since the last time we played in Georgia. I expect around 600 - 800 tops.

Prob only a few. Went to Split v Hamburg when I was on holiday as a Croatian friend wanted to take me. I have little or no interest in football outside of Scotland and Dunfermline games.

Some Scotland fans will be familiar with Dalymount Park....Ireland B v Scotland B was played there in 2006. From memory there was a good few hundred Scotland fans there.

Portugal 2002. There was a song bring played all the time in Moldova too but I can't remember the name. I think it had a singer from Romania or Moldova but was a bug hit all oover Europe at the time too.
