Here is the video - it's about 8 minutes in so you can avoid Kezia Dugshite's rhetoric Now dont get me wrong - when she came out with the "if you dont vote Labour you get Tory" mantra she lost any credibility in my book however she does admit that Scottish Labour has to change if they want the people to vote for them -

I watched this interview and thats a bit unfair regardless of how much i despise Scottish Labour The context was that if Labour did not start listening to the people of Scotland then they would lose votes and not win the General Election - this was what she meant -
I think you were maybe hoping for too much from the commission This will play into the Yes camp's hands and i cant see it being anything else than a move closer to Independence The only ones that should be depressed are the Unionists - and you can see it in their scrambling today http://www.newsnetscotland.scot/index.php/scottish-opinion/9863-all-hail-the-stupid-party

This is why we should all despise Labour and ensure they are put into extinction. Iain Gray and Jackie Baillie must have spouted the phrase "Powerhouse Parliament" a dozen times between them and that "we delivered the vow" Now this is typical of the Labour party over the years Not only do they lie but they make statements that are completely ludicrous and say them ad nauseum They clearly think if they say something often enough, no matter how farcical, that eventually people will believe it

Yip - the incidents happened in 2007/2008 The SNP only came into power (without a majority) in 2007 therefore this was inherited This fact seems to have been brushed under the MSM carpet -
Good stuff Had a wee treble up - Tottenham, Patriots -7 and Bears -4 on the spreads. Bears were looking grim till the second half The question as always is can the Patriots carry their regular season form into the playoffs Guess it's all about Gronkowski keeping 100% as he is without doubt the most potent weapon in the league

She has only been in the job less than a week - give her a bit of time. As with all parties the proof will be in the pudding -

Agreed It's not in the SNP's interests to implement cuts and become unpopular so with 92,000 members & 50% polling intentions they would have that mandate -

These borrowing powers do not come into effect until April next year and are described here http://www.scotland.gov.uk/Publications/2013/04/5026/3 Not sure if they have been brought forward Now i am curious to the following & perhaps you can enlighten me Have the SSP gone into detail of the repercussions of any Scottish Govermnent not implementing Westminster cuts instead of saying it will be fine and everything will be alright ? -

Is there any chance we can get Independence first then gripe about that ruling party's policies or how many women to men ratio they have in their cabinet ? -

I think this is what he is referring to - basically refusing to implement Westminster cuts We explained what SNP and Labour politicians could do: “Socialist Party Scotland is calling on all councils in Scotland and the Scottish Government to set no-cuts budgets. Immediate cuts can be avoided through the use of reserves and borrowing powers, where appropriate, to give time to build a mass campaign to win back the more than £3 billion stolen since 2010. We shook the establishment to its foundations with the threat of a Yes majority. By making a stand against the cuts, we could bring the rotten Tory government to its knees.” By setting a No Cuts budget this would: “give time for mass campaigning in the trade unions and communities for mass mobilisations, which would be a direct political challenge to the Westminster government. “Such a challenge would create a huge political crisis and would, without doubt, spread to England, Wales and Northern Ireland, where many would demand that their councils took the same stand. And we went on to say: “Imagine if the Scottish Government and a number of councils in Scotland stood up and said enough is enough? We saw the panicked concessions cobbled together by Project Fear when it thought the referendum might be lost. Of course we could push the Tories and Labour back again, if we fight.” -

Again mince Any Scottish Government budget regardless of party is confined to the money it gets back from Westminster How are the SNP protecting the interest of capital when they are continuing to maintain their policies on council tax, prescriptions, personal care and ensuring the NHS is ringfenced from cuts to the best of their abilities etc ? Not forgetting the Scottish Parliament at the moment has very little worthwhile control over anything apart from robbing peter to pay paul A Scottish Government can only be the progressive one we want it to be with Independence -

This is mince to be fair and currently the Scottish Labour party's waffle at the moment The SNP had a "proposal" in the white paper to reduce the rate of Corporation Tax in Scotland The argument was that this would encourage more Companies to Scotland, boost the economy and increase employment meaning more tax revenue for a Scottish Treasury - money that could then be spent on public services and the like -

Thankfully Arsenal lost or Rangers would have done me & my Dad for over £700 - had them with Everton, Newcastle & Accies From the small part of the first half i saw they did look the better team up till the sending off so that would have made the coupon being busted even worse Never even fancied them but was hooked in by the odds
