flicktokick Posted March 3, 2016 Share Posted March 3, 2016 I think mine will have to be Esch, it was like a non-league ground. Quaint I suppose but tiny - and we drew 0-0 with Luxembourg. A dishonourable mention also for Heysel, as has been said before the entrance to the away section was ridiculous and dangerous, unbelievable for a ground which had had to think seriously about crowd safety. scoobydoo Posted March 5, 2016 Share Posted March 5, 2016 I'm not sure if this should be in the best or worst but the stade louis in monaco. Seemed to be something completely sterile about it, the stadium. Just didn't feel like a football stadium and the floodlights were too bright. The place itself was a different world. Ferraris and lamborghinis left at the roadside with the keys in, massive boats in the harbour, famous folk wandering about and fanny galore.
