I see there is a train station at the ground but the trains are pretty infrequent. Anyone know if extra trains will be on on matchday? Mark78 Posted July 20, 2015 Share Posted July 20, 2015 I'd enquired to @GibFootballTalk, @GibraltarFA & @FootballGib at the tale end of last year: @FootballGib Can you tell me if there is any transport to/from the Algarve Stadium after International matches @AdMuzik there's normally travel organised by local travel groups to and from games. We'll be doing quite a few taxi runs during our stay. Will ask the guy who picks us up from the airport if he would like the other business (inc. a pick up after the match). Andy North Croy Posted August 3, 2015 Author Share Posted August 3, 2015 We're staying in Albufeira but probably looking to go to Faro about lunchtime on game day and get a bit more of the atmosphere there, before going to the game. I suspect we'll head back in to Faro after the match and get a few pints before jumping in a taxi back to Albufeira. I assume it's pretty easy to get a taxi in Faro? I think we've now changed our mind and decided that the hassle of: 1. Getting to Faro 2. Getting from Faro to the game 3. Getting back from the game just isn't worth it.
