sbcmfc Posted December 12, 2014 Share Posted December 12, 2014 (edited) Mine was ok, but did seem to get our services from bt in instalments, as opposed to everything being available on day one. Felt they needed prodded along to bring over our landline number, enable the subscription channels, sort the billing etc. The app was fine though, if you do it on your BT internet, it prompts you to set up straight away when you go online for 1st time, or it did for me.
