tam4ritchie
My wife got a parking ticket issued by Liverpool council on the 9th of sept, £70 reduced to £35 s if paid within 14 days. I called today to pay it to be told it was £70 not £35. When I queried it she said the 14th day was yesterday, the 22nd not today the 23rd. I has made the mistake of adding 14 to 9 getting 23( today's date) she said I should have counted the 9th as one day. The notice itself is at best misleading at worst deliberately so. Question is, is it worth appealing, and secondly what if I ignore it? Edited September 23, 2014 by tam4ritchie
