  1. If the foxes continue to be successful ..i dont see the chickens coming home to roost on this one.
  2. My last ever response to any of your posts - why don't you consider contributing anything positive instead of acting like a little kid. I hope others on here can see your intention and consequently avoid you like the plague. Did you run to teacher at school "Miss - he called me names" - pathetic you are.
  3. You really are pathetic. You actually enjoy trolling and trying to get people banned ?
  4. Phart - why are you such a pedantic arsehole. Nothing better to do with you time mate - you sad man.
  5. There is no need to know the minute details of the guy in question who was sanctioned - she was correctly highlighting the evil sanctions regime presided over by IDS. I used to work for DSS back in the early eighties in various capacities - visiting people to determine whether any grants were appropriate (different days back then) and a Fraud Officer too . I don't imagine its much different from the eighties - Fraud was minimal - the vast majority of people on benefits are skint. The right wing media always like to highlight those who can manipulate the system, mainly by having lots of kids who all suffer from various illnesses. These families are a very small percentage of those claiming benefits. The reason that Mhairi Blacks's speech almost reduced me to tears was I have seen first hand the effects of poverty and to be honest no civilized society should have benefit sanctions either as a target for jobcentre staff or to further plunge people into destitution.
  6. Another vote for Chablis - followed by most Italian dry white wines. Don't like red at all. Great fun getting pissed on wine. Travelling to Dublin from Holyhead a few years ago for that mickey mouse cup thing, upgrading to club class on the boat got wine included. Lost count after the 11 th large glass...great night in Dublin after getting off boat though.
  7. George - you are a decent bloke in real life - but you have long since disappeared up yer own erse on here . Your posts resemble that of your nutter mate Samson and have no foundation as far as I'm concerned.
  8. You may mock all you like - fook all to do with party politics or a cult - it was just a brilliant speech with the highlight for me depicting the reality of benefit sanctions. So if you want to slag me off for recognising brilliance - you can go fooook yourself.
  9. I'm not often moved to tears by a speech but this was quite brilliant , emotional and inspiring. She may be young but wise beyond her years.
  10. Moved to Newcastle last year. At start of spring was out and about playing some really good courses around here at really cheap prices. Gosforth was a tenner including a pint or a bacon sandwich and tea. Beamish - tenner - lovely course. I played nine courses around here (work nightshift so days free) - most Ive paid so far is £15. Unfortunately tore my elbow ligaments clubbing the ground when driving off. Couldn't play properly when I went on my annual trip to Dumfries with twelve of us . Played Dumfries and Galloway - 2nd time Ive played it and for some reason not keen on it. Powfoot - love this course - played it every year now for last 6 years. Thornhill - 1st time this year - really enjoyed the opening nine - mostly parkland then the back nine - mainly heathland is just brilliant. Dumfries and County - play this one every year - one of my all time favourites - love it .
  11. Ive put my fiver on big Rog. If he plays anywhere near his best then Id fancy him to win it on what Ive seen so far.
  12. They are tough as nails . Id through in jump jockeys and rugby league players as well.
  13. Whats with the baldism. Why no just call him a b astard. I have to put up with this sort of shyte from my old man who has a full head of hair. Thank fook I'm good looking - at least being bald stops me from being inundated on internet dating . Anyways Flora why no just chib him with a can of Ronseal. Doesn't say that on the tin does it.
  14. Went to watch Castleford v Widnes on Sunday. Never been to Castleford before - its a bit like the English equivalent of Auchinleck . Fantastic old ground - DJ pumping up the volume - ground is called the Jungle- wonky sloping pitch - very intimidating atmosphere for visiting teams. Rugby Union is very sedate in comparison with this.
  15. Portuguese train fares on www.cp.pt
  16. Id have to say quite an ordinary city. Arrivving at the station from the airport - it was like going back in time with the fashions and trolleybuses round the place. Pub I was in was great but not a place Id pick to go for a weekend without the football.
  17. paris was my first trip. went billy nomates not knowing anyone and got completely hooked . Party at the rugby world cup tented village the night before. The whole day of the game was just magical - couldn't believe it being part of the march. Away from the actual Scotland matches - going to watch Haarlem was fantastic and even that got eclipsed by going to watch Vlasim against Dukla Prague day after Scotland game. Another magnificent day from start to finish. Made lots of great friends through following Scotland - something special in these trips that you cant put into words for those who don't quite understand. 2 other things that I love - meeting and conversing with locals in whatever country and then trying to organise my travel - getting a bargain or going by some circuitous route .
  18. I was listening to John Pienaar on five live this morning and his guests. Comments were very anti -left as if it was a disease. Only dissenting voice was that of Jeremy Corbyn who is anti-austerity . Corbyn a breath of fresh air in a sad Labour party.
  19. Never mind wullie or oor wullie on his shirt..sounds like abody's wullie.
  20. It says on website that I can use the lounge with a fiver supplement, if I have a first class advance ticket.
  21. Dunno ..he seems to be quite dignified and gracious in defeat whenever Ive heard him. Yes he did the embroidery bit on the tracksuit but I don't hear any other players say a bad word about him. In fact all of the top drawer tennis players seem to be all round decent blokes. Djokovic bobbed in to BBC today and did a fantastic interview with Sue Barker. Mind you I wouldn't mind interacting with Sue either.
  22. As good as Djokovic and Murray are, its still fantastic watching Federer play some sublime tennis. Big Rog best player ever in my book.
  23. Travelling back from London to Newcastle after flying back from the Georgia game. Decided to upgrade to first class for £16. Looked like I got a meal and drinks included plus use of first class lounge at Kings Cross. But seems at weekend - no alcohol included on train and maybe just snacks - plus I have to pay a fiver supplement for the lunge at Kings Cross. As I'll be at Kings Cross for three hours or so before my train looks like it would be worthwhile. Anyone else done first class on east coast at weekend?
  24. Although women's football is shyte - and even though you cant compare men and women at tennis - this match is a belter.
