  1. Guilty, and my club come out of all this very badly. On top of the way the Leigh Griffiths debacle was handled it's all making this 'a club open to all' stuff look very shallow. The sad thing is that some of my fellow tims seem more interested in the disciplinary process than the truth :-(
  2. We'll see but from personal experience I don't have much faith in their 'customer service'. PS don't know of anyone who actually bought a ST
  3. This would be a sensible time to take a stand against SFA pricing. Each to their own of course but I won't be going whether its NI or Argentina!
  4. Yip I heard the British till u die chant....decent banter from them the rest was just vile. I thought like most we looked a bit jaded and sorely missed one or two especially Fletcher. All in all its been a good 10 days for the team although the tartan army not so much...nonsense at the ROI game and not great last night
  5. This thread is depressing and if there's one thing that has been brought home over the last couple of weeks its that we have some amount of pondlife amongst our support.
  6. As long as it's the right tune, that's what matters
  7. Fair enough on the pandering but there are still too many clowns amongst our support who want to use this particular weekend to make some sort of incoherent political protest. I think you'll find coughgate was a figment of bill leckies imagination
  8. Too close to call but Stevie Fletcher is due a goal methinks ;-)
  9. FFS I'll condemn them then, they're morons of the highest order. 2 related points tho 1) am sick of this whole poppy circus it's become a form of inverted fascism! 2) celtic as a club need to address this issue with the 'fans' as remembrance weekend is fast becoming an annual embarrassment for the club and it's decent supporters
  10. Where's a Mod when you need one? This thread has become an embarrassment!
  11. I'm a Celtic fan and I'll be booing them every time they get the ball, but I'm more disappointed in their decision than angry at them. Talk about snapping people and plastic paddies is a bit much IMO and does nobody any favours but as usual some people will want to use it as an excuse to go that bit further. Of course the irony of the many 'plastic Scots' in our line up is lost on these folk. To be honest on the last showing I'm more worried about Alan Hutton than either Mcgeady or McCarthy,
  12. I expect Celtics recovery to begin today. We have some key players coming back and getting on a run now will take the pressure off Ronny with Europa qualification looking likely. However if it goes wrong today I agree the clamour for his removal might become unstoppable.
  13. Can recommend Hillside restaurant down at the marina.....you need to climb about 6 flights of stairs to get there but it's well worth it for the food and stunning views ;-)
  14. The Record/Sunday Mail titles have just posted the biggest drop in circulation UK wide post referendum. Chickens coming home to roost. Personally apart from my 80+ yr old parents I don't know anyone who buys a paper anymore.
  15. It's called living within your means Larky. Anyway if Celtic need to react to a challenge from the tribute act or someone else then I think you'll find they will!
  16. YES jock n bzzzz have it right. The 'silent majority' want us to shut up and go away. Sneaky feckers I think you'll find....feck them!

  18. So have we just not to talk about it in case we upset someone? Keep politics away from the football? Feck off....politics is life as is football and this has always been the case. As a support we have always been divided, from the anti English brigade, the social underclass to the middle class you might meet in Belarus, Jacksonville and the like who think they are better than the rest of us. The support will find its way over the next few months as it always does with humour and good nature and the football will ultimately take over. In the meantime it's only natural that it's discussed and debated and if that makes some people uncomfortable then.....tough!
  19. Here we go......the thought police are out again
