  1. The first Droog to die. Appropriately for a fitba forum the first thing I remember him from was The Manageress...
  2. Aye the Jock Stein hadn't been built. Used to get a great view over the city from up the back during that period.
  3. Nope, first time that's happened. Could mean a sellout has finally been achieved!
  4. Very good read. "The BBC has a Head of World War One" They are certainly making up for missing out the first time...
  5. Is he mates with George Galloway?
  6. The Norway game was Davie Cooper's last at Hampden for us too. He was recalled after some fine form at Motherwell but looked past it at international level sadly. We nearly blew it at the end. I remember the whole crowd going "Oooooooooooooooooooooooo" for about the last five minutes in anticipation. I think the sound must've been vibrating Leighton's contact lenses. Anyway, yeah I was thinking the same earlier, it looks like Friday will be the largest crowd at a home game since the 80s. Great stuff! Our biggest crowd of the century and a record that's likely to stand for years...
  7. Made some decent points in the programme but the audience interaction seemed scripted, it was like watching Brass Eye or something...
  8. Self fulfilling prophecy. Stuff like that would make me think about voting for her next week...
  9. With a name like Callum Patterson I'd say his Scottish ancestry is in little doubt...
  10. Sublime finish! http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/29985141
  11. 7 wasted pages there... http://m.scotsman.com/sport/football/latest/callum-paterson-added-to-scotland-squad-1-3599897 That'll take some of the flak from Lewis McLeod now...
  12. Cheers. I'm now going to hear that jingle every time I read a paranoid post...
  13. Approx 40% is what I've seen (which would actually make it a smaller Yes vote than ours' was - 32% compared to Scotland's 37% of the electorate)...
  14. From STV's website... "International Football: Scotland v England Tuesday 18th November on STV South from 7:30pm to 10:15pm Last time, Scotland narrowly lost to England 3-2 at Wembley. Can Gordon Strachan's men avenge that defeat? Raman Bhardwaj presents the match from Celtic Park, with guests including Robert Snodgrass and Terry Butcher. Commentary from Derek Rae and Gary McAllister." I guess if we do win and you've satellite / cable you can switch to ITV to enjoy Adrian's sulking...
