A former college classmate (still in touch on Facebook only) was previously firmly in the No camp. So much that I put him down as a lost cause who couldn't be changed. He's just posted that hi postal vote will be sent tomorrow, with a YES!!

Saw a tweet earlier that said the shits about to hit the fan with the amount of stuff he said would happen over his dead body!

Friend of a friend works in a BT call centre, they were told if it's a yes vote there jobs will be moved to an English call centre.

How? We'd just stop been part of it (in 18 months time). We'd only be able to play those eligible under the same rules that apply to all other countries. The home nation rule keeps applying to England, Northern Ireland and Wales.

Saw a tweet from him this morning saying that he'd been told they weren't allowed to discuss the referendum on his show. Now we know why!!

There was some women on Sky this morning (think it was at a Whitehill Welfare match) said she was voting no because she "thought local tourism and education were better served" as part of the Union!! There was a 3rd 'reason' but I can't remember what it was.

Anyone think seeing Kevin and Frankie put on displays like that may encourage more celebrities to endorse the Yes campaign?

With the Labour government changing the line of Scottish/English waters a few years ago (in favour of England obviously) thought the passage below may be of some interest to see how it pans out. "Somalia has taken its maritime border dispute with Kenya to the United Nations top court which could settle a dispute and pave the way for oil and gas exploration. The International Court of Justice (ICJ) in a statement said Somalia has told the court that both countries disagree about the location of the maritime boundary and that diplomatic negotiations have failed to resolve the dispute. Somalia requests the Court to determine, on the basis of international law, the complete course of the single maritime boundary dividing all the maritime areas appertaining to Somalia and to Kenya in the Indian Ocean, the ICJ said. Somalia has challenged Kenyas attempts to award offshore exploration blocks to Total and Eni in an area where it says the boundary had not been demarcated. At the heart of the dispute is how the boundary between the two countries should be demarcated. Kenya would like the boundary to run horizontally east from the point at which the two nations touch on land. Somalia, which lies to the north of Kenya, would like the onshore border to continue into the ocean diagonally southeast. Source: Platts"

Stephen Gallacher got to finish joint 2nd (or better) in the Italian open to qualify for the European team. After 6 holes in the final round he's sitting 2nd, one ahead of 3rd (another Scot, Richie Ramsay) and 3 of the lead. Go on Stephen, ensure there's a Scot playing at Gleneagles!!
