Yeah, I know what the statistics say, but each case is different. I certainly wouldnt be jumping to conclusions on a murder. Innocent until proven guilty if I recall. If my child was murdered it would be devastating enough without thinking the world was pointing their finger at me.

Why do people always jump to the conclusion that it is family? I know it often is family that is involved, but Bute would be heaving with holidaymakers just now in this weather, many drunk, it could be anyone. I havent read anything about this till now right enough, so there may be good reason to suspect the family.

Yeah, I think Alan was too old for the standard Rollers fan, who were mainly wee lassies. Most girls fancied Les and Eric, my friends thought I was a weirdo cos I was in love with Woody. I cant believe Alan was 70 though, that is as depressing as the news of his death 🙁

A cow on the line caused delays earlier, it probably died of heat exhaustion waiting for a train. Another bottle of wine doon the hatch. At this rate my liver is going to pack up long before the rain returns.

I will never complain about too much sun but this weather is playing havoc with my trains. All trains cancelled last night , took 2 1/2 hrs to get home and delays again tonight. On the plus side , I missed a dentist appointment for root canal treatment .
