  1. Think mine would've been about 96kg, I certainly remember seeing 15 stone and thought it was time for action, at 77kg now with a BMI just over 24 .
  2. What happened to the "Get into them" drum that used to always be in the North Stand?
  3. Good work mate, I'm looking for sub-45s in my 10k races next year. New 5k PB today: 21:23
  4. Mine's up for renewal around March time I think, probably be lots new things out by then but I like the look of the Xperia Z3 phones.
  5. I don't know how not attending a midweek friendly based on high prices is laughable, but then you may have more disposable income than many of us.
  6. The use of the word 'of' instead of 'have' eg. "he should of passed the ball there".
  7. First Scotland game on African soil, would be a good shout.
  8. Yep, wouldn't want them all to be in the same stadium like last time though, have a four team league format spread out, and reverse the fixtures for the next year of the competition so the home ties are balanced.
  9. Win in Georgia this time
  10. yeah, basically his pre-match bit on Sky was along the lines of, the side on Friday played so well, he wanted them to receive their deserved applause from the fans last night.
  11. And the second half when Naismith took up the role, he was just too knackered for it.
  12. Maybe as a 'home nations' sort of competition every few years, otherwise, no. Tonight just feels to have taken the good feeling i had after fridays game. Bring on the gibbos!
  13. Did Pollok on Saturday, 23:00 dead. Lovely change of scenery from my usual (York) Parkrun and hilly to boot. Found it tough to break past the crowds at the start but all in all, I really enjoyed it.
  14. Stuck on a slow train due to signalling problems between Berwick and Edinburgh.
  15. A fair old number of Scots got tickets in the home end v Czech a few years back, with the help of that Pavel guy just off Charles Bridge.
  16. The fat bassa who does nothing all game but dig his unnecessary studs into the top of opposition players' feet.
  17. When I lived in Whitby, people referred to the shop 'Boyes' as "Boyeses"
  18. Cheers, might try just water next weekend then, going for Pollok Parkrun as I'm up in Glasgow that weekend.
  19. 21:36, happy with that. Unfortunately, not for the first time, I was vomiting after the finish today - I think I maybe see the finish line and push a bit hard for it, also heard things regarding lactate thresholds and taking on fluids without allowing the body time to process them before the run. Any other ideas, the one area I find I struggle with is what to eat pre-5k. Never really had a problem with banana, energy bar and cereal before a marathon, what do people find is the best thing to eat pre-5k? I think I'm just a bit worried about eating something too heavy for what I consider a pretty short distance (which in turn is a faster pace than that of a longer run).
