Brown had a good run out recently but think ‘deserves a proper chance’ is taking it a bit far. Obviously down to team shape and his attributes, but I think shankland should have been back in after his late goal the other night.

Shankland yes, but Brown could maybe start scoring goals if he wants to get ahead of Dykes. Yes, he’s playing for a team at a higher level and definitely getting less decent chances…… but still needs to bag a few to get up the pecking order. Until then Dykes stays because of what he’s done recently.

You always speak sense Herts, and I think I get your point. I do think though that once money is ‘earned’ then you should be entitled to do with it as you see fit…. it’s a freedom, it should be yours to give to kids/charity/govt. As I said, my preference would be for increasing the tax burden for the individual and big business…….. less complication and more transparency, but I’m no accountant! The ridiculous property differentials throughout the uk and resultant windfalls for some do drive a lot of this for the ‘wee guy’.

I agree with Ally. To the ‘normal’ person inheritance tax is double dip thievery…… money that is fully clean and within your family is then split with the state again. I’d much rather we all paid higher income tax as a much more transparent method. The real story here though is those Tory rats at it again cutting up the pie for their own corporate and entitled selves to pay as little as poss to society.
