I have always thought that a big factor in this election would be Tories voting for Labour to try to keep SNP out. I never thought it would go the other way (Labour voters voting Tory) to any significant amount. I certainly never expected Labour activists to be blatantly and openly promoting the idea. Strange days indeed.

Who said the NHS is bad? I think the vast majority of folk who have used NHS Scotland have nothing but praise for them and the work they do. There are obviously areas where improvements could be made but in general the service is excellent, IMO.

Could you not just point us in the direction of where you read it so that we can judge for ourselves? We might even be able to track some of them down and persuade them to stop?

I actually think that Cookie is one the better BBC guys but he is not totally immune to the blatant antiSNPism which pervades the organisation that he works for.

Of course, just because all this abuse appears to be coming from so called "cybernats" doesn't mean it really is. If it bothers you so much, you could always report it to the police so that they might track down the culprits and deal with them accordingly. If this abuse actually exists the people doing it might not be as "hard of thinking" as you seem to think they are.

Having said that there were already rules in place which allowed you to take 25% of a defined benefit pension fund tax free. I don't think those rules have changed.

Aye, but it doesn't apply to all pension funds. Although you could be forgiven for thinking it does from listening to the TV news programs. The new rules don't apply to defined benefit pension funds.
