Aye, The couch to 5K is a fantastic thing, that'll get you back into it You definitely will, that's really good going. That's actually not a bad pace. I feel that I have more in me that's the only reason I'm pushing it. Just being out doing it is good

Obviously cancelled last year but did it the previous 3 years. It's a cracking run through the whisky distilleries of Speyside. I seriously need to up my training, only running 5ks just now

Let's resurrect this thread and get you fat middle aged bastards fit. I did barely anything during lockdown. Parkrun is my motivation to run and with it being off i couldn't find my running mojo. Now Parkrun is back on I've started to get my arse in gear. I was struggling to do a 5k in in under 30 minutes at the start, my pb is 22:52. Delighted with a time of 27:40 at the weekend, need to start pushing it a bit more. So where's all the TAMB runners?
