Only been given 2 options. 1 different flight or a refund if they can not a definite. Now have a 14 hour wait at gatwick instead of 2. ClanDerby Posted August 21, 2015 Share Posted August 21, 2015 (edited) Sure is.We originally booked the Kiev - Tbilisi flight on Thursday 2nd at 12:10 only to get an email from UIA saying that flight doesn't fly on that day! Why let us book it then??We're now on the 19:45 flight the night before which probably works out better for us anyway. We have 4 hours to get lashed at Boryspil Airport in between flights on the Wednesday and a full day in Tbilisi Thursday.
