  1. having been a Blackpool supporter (not any more due to both moving away from the area but more so due to the despicable actions of the owner) , I was an admirer of Charlie when he was playing at Blackpool. Ian Holloway gave him free rein to do what he liked - but he hasn't been able to do the same in a Scotland shirt. In the past I may have had my thoughts on who should be in/out the team - but whenever you have a decent manager then I would bow to Strachan's opinion.
  2. I agree totally with what you are saying. England and Scotland are becoming further and further apart politically - despite having been in England for 30 years since I was 23, I find myself with less and less in common with a lot of Englanders and more and more I feel like a foreigner - but tbh I like it that way as I'm in n o way "British" - many folks down here think thats a stupid attitude but as far as I'm concerned they can go f*ck themselves. Cant wait to come back up on election night and savour the moments.
  3. Absolutely sick of the constant references to SNP being poisonous , toxic etc here in Englandshire - I expect it from the Westminster elite - but so many of these voxpops with stupid ignorant fukkers down here. Fortunately not had to deal with anyone spouting that opinion to me directly - I'm sure my restraint can't last much longer. I'm just hoping that the SNP take all the seats and Scotland so that we can ram it right up these bastirds - but way its going in England I think any SNP voice will be frozen out. Miliband will forego any alliance/pact with the SNP. I can see him letting Cameron/Clegg being in coalition and Miliband staying in opposition - he will jettison Scotland and let the Labour party be English. Can only see more and more Scottish dissent following this GE.
  4. Tories releasing video of Salmond from 13th April just after Smurphy was told he wasn't writing Labour budget by Chuka Amuna and Ed balls. Salmond obviously jokes that he was writing the budget and then says I'll check my top pocket (to see who's in there). An obvious joke to the assembled SNP audience. Cameron has got hold of video and trying to peddle it round MSM claiming its not a joke at all. Pathetic khunts and note the compliant media response.
  5. I'm still a big fan of calling someone a Jobby - when they don't know what it means.
  6. I moved to Newcastle last year but still have my house in Lytham St Annes (Fylde constituency) and I'm still registered there. One of safest tory seats in country . Last GE I voted Lib Dem - never again for the sell out khunts. Had a bit of fun with the council elections when the Lib Dems were canvassing ending up with the guy swearing at me. Green fro me this time.
  7. I must have had some intelligence to get on the Krypton Factor in 1983. Fook knows what happened to it. I blame the alcohol on TA trips.
  8. Fook off with Brown and Roxburgh - they were pish managers - fookin clueless - qualifying was far easier in their day - the standard of the Scotland teams under them was poor. Ormond and Ally McLeod - McLeod ws brilliant - only problem was he couldn't control the players in Argentina.
  9. If SNP does get loads of seats but has no influence whatsoever - due to a different combination of alliances - will be very interesting.
  10. Cant wait till election night - I'll be disappointed at any seat in Scotland where SNP doesn't win. But hopefully its a night of the big names getting their comeuppance.
  11. So Miliband won the debate - hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. The three woman spearheaded by Sturgeon roasted Miliband and Farage. Dunno where the BBC got the audience from - applauding Sturgeon ???? Audience researched will be getting his/her jotters. Well done Nicola - fooking stormed it.
  12. Pile of unsubstantiated shyte coming from all the English parties. Even worse is the news doing vox pops with all these daft khunts in the street who seem to base their decision on one silly policy like right to buy, frozen train fares etc. I have much more respect for those who know who their are voting for based on their own principles - whether that disagress with mine or not. But down here in englandshire tthere are a lot of people completely disenfranchised with any of the parties.
  13. Ive backed Rose today - hope he repeats his back nine of yesterday.
  14. The other night someone in the weather forecast referred to Lancashire as North West Britain. Ignorance like that does my head in.
  15. Just caught a wee bit on State Broadcaster 24 hour news - different journalists from around the world discussing politics. Subject turns to SNP and the topic of future independence. English guy who works for German magazine says its just as well for Scotland that they voted no otherwise with oil price Scotland would be going cap in hand to IMF - another journalist emphasises that - no counteract from State Broadcaster presenter either. Watching ll this ignorant guff about politics is making me angrier than Mario watching Question Time.
  16. I think Ferguson was very much like Beckham - they looked good players when they were in superior teams to the opposition. Stick any of them in against decent sides and both were found wanting - easy for opposition to play through them. whenever they had time on the ball to stroke it around that suited them. Ferguson in a Scotland team was mostly pish.
  17. Sensational golf today - Speith nerves of steel. Hope he keeps going in the same vein.
  18. Totally agree Mario. I'm absolutely fooking sick at the constant SNP and Scotland bashing from the media and other parts of the establishment. Have to console myself with the fact that they are shiteing themselves. Seeing Labour and the Tories ganging up together is just sickening . There never seems to be any balanced reporting from the State Broadcaster - always an anti-SNP slant on it. What is wrong with just a bit of balanced reporting ? It doesn't happen. Hope the Scottish electorate stuff it right up them .
  19. Methinks plenty of these dead folk voted NO in the referendum via the postal vote.
  20. Milliband would have been talking to a set up audience just like Cameron - they never engage with the Scottish public ever.
  21. Milliband - out of touch, clueless , ignorant knob ..so many adjectives you could add. T o think this is a Labour party that I actually voted for many years ago. I think I actually hate them more than the Tories now.
  22. Newcastle to Belfast on the Thursday - returning on the Sunday - £54 quid return with sleazyjet.
  23. Its ok having a wee joke about how different cities voted - but for anyone to take it seriously and castigate a city for how the majority of it voted is nonsense. I lived in Lytham St Annes for years - but the bulk of residents are died in the wool Tory pensioners and voting was basically pi ssing in the wind . However that did not make me an auld moaning faced git automatically ..I had to work at it.
  24. Dreadful debate. Willie Rennie was simply embarrassing. He should have been pulled up more for being jointly responsible for the benefit sanctions regime - but at the end of the day he was a nonentity on a sinking ship. Murphy is just beyond belief.
