  1. Just booked NYC from 1st April till 6th ???
  2. I didn't even mention the OBA Rossy, it's much wider than that.
  3. I'm not trying to 'turn it into the SNP'S fault'. I've voted SNP since I was old enough to and my wife and son are members. I just don't like the way our Police force is being run and they are largely responsible.
  4. Probably about the same as renaming a Glasgow street when Mandela was in jail. It shows people care, that's all, and given the amount of support that it's received from all over the world a lot of people feel the same. Is it important to the Palestinians themselves? Judging by the amount of stuff on social media, it's appreciated, beyond that I can't say.
  5. What? You mean like contributing aid, visiting the area to volunteer for aid agencies, attending marches, demos, getting involved in pressure groups? That sort of thing? Cos people within the support have done all of that Deecie. The most concerning aspect of all of this for me was the implied threat of arrest from Police Scotland pre match to those displaying Palestinian symbols. I'm not sure what the SNP are trying to do with our police force but it is deeply concerning. Everything else, including the reaction from certain quarters is entirely predictable.
  6. Haha! Looking forward to that yin m8 ?
  7. On balance, the right decision for the player and Scotland. We've plenty of options for replacing him, although none are especially exciting.
  8. Thanks lads, especially Z14 for that useful insight ? I've taken note of the restaurant recommendations but what about for a late drink afterwards in case Mrs. Slasher wants to get her groove on??
  9. Slightly off topic, but what's it like getting in and out of the AEC from the city centre? The missus and I are going up there for a gig and staying in the Park Inn Radisson.
  10. Nonsense, Celtic fans have had links with the Palestinian cause since I was a kid (and that wisnae yesterday). Anyway what has any of this to do with Rangers?
  11. Good post. Although I wouldn't waste my time trying to educate the trolls on here.
  12. And the tamb concentrates more on the flag issue than the football.....shock ? A fantastic game played in a fantastic atmosphere which showcased the best of Celtic under Rodgers and some of the frailty still evident. It should be more than enough but with us in Europe, you just never know.
  13. It's not our fault we are good at taking advantage of the revenue streams available! If Aberdeen and Hearts had gotten through their respective Euro ties they may well have taken advantage of the postponement rule and no one would have batted an eyelid. I think Rodgers has said that the timing of the Inter game was wrong and we shouldn't be playing friendlies after the season has begun. The paranoid 'poor me' attitude of some on here comes as no surprise however.
  14. £7m euros was the point and the rules on postponement of games at the start of the season are there for everyone to take advantage of for whatever reason. ?
  15. Yeah, he's been struggling for about 18 months now. Looks like his confidence has gone although having folk like Ambrose in front of him won't helped lol
  16. Looks like Brendan Rodgers shares the fans concern over the recent form of Craig Gordon as De Vries arrives from Nottingham Forest.
  17. Can those of you who have confirmed a place pm me a contact number I can reach you on in Vienna. I only need one per party, just in case any issues arise on the Sunday night/Monday morning. Cheers.
  18. I thought Johnson looked good, u will do well to keep hold of him.
