I seriously doubt that Nicola Sturgeon - or in fact Alex Salmond for that matter - filled in the company registrations themselves rather it was done by their accountant or lawyer. -

Well Wings no longer supports Scottish independence so that shouldn't be a surprise. It just a bunch of swivel-eyed loons who he can con money out of. -
NI have used GSTQ/GSTK for as long as I can remember, the NI Commonwealth games association are obviously more inclusive, they use Danny Boy.
-
Ian Maxwell looks like he's got a wee smirk on his face as well.
-
What he doesn't talk about is how as he ran on the pitch, he tried to shake Gascoigne's hand and was blanked - rightly BTW

The first England game I went to at Wembley was 1988 and that was well moody, no real segregation and the section we were in there was a lot of serious fighting going on down the front, thankfully we got in just before kick off and so were up at the back and weren't involved. 1999 there was definitely an atmosphere around the place but I didn't see any bother.

Thatās not exactly news is it. Iāve know about Barga for the best part of 30 years. -
Some will be looking for facilities, some wonāt. I think in this case England played in Poland on Saturday Evening and probably flew directly to Glasgow after their match and chose to keep the squad together, so theyād be looking to do a bit more than just train at Hampden tonight.
-
Well, the only team who would likely to be able to need and afford training facilities would be those who were either playing Celtic or Scotland, so itās not quite the gotcha you think it is
-
Rangers training centre is often used by visiting club and national teams playing in Scotland. For example, the South Korea national football team, then managed by Advocaat, hired the facilities for their training before the 2006 FIFA World Cup.[13] In February 2015, Inter Milan trained at the centre after Rangers agreed to allow the Italians use of the facility prior to a UEFA Europa League match against Celtic.[14] This was not the first time Rangers offered support to a club that were to play city rivals Celtic, having made a similar offer to Juventus in 2013 and Blackburn Rovers (who were managed by ex Rangers manager Graeme Souness) in 2002.[14] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rangers_Training_Centre I donāt think this is a problem that Aberdeen will ever have. Thatās not a comment on Cormack Park, rather that unless Cove Rangers become European giants, thereās never going to be a European team needing training facilities in Aberdeen.

Iām biased when it comes to John McGinn but letās not forget that for his first 10 caps or so, he got slated by large sections of the Scotland support. I think Strachan probably played him correctly. A lot of this was down to him making a few rookie errors and at the time of his debut, he was playing for Hibs in the Championship, ergo āheās pishā. I can recall arguing with a few idiots on here about it, we were a poor side then and had a young guy coming through who was finding his way, people sometimes expect internationalists to arrive fully formed at age 21, they generally donāt. He was also playing more as a holding midfielder then and it took him a couple of years to settle in. If he can avoid serious injury, then I think heās got another 5 or 6 years in him at least at the top level and heās not the sort of guy thatās going to retire early from international football, Dalglishās appearance record might be a stretch but Iād put money on him beating Leightonās.

His alcoholism is probably more relevant in that regard. -

Since you see to think that itās all to do with wokish policies then why are the SNP seemingly leaking votes to the āGreen extremistsā? -

Theyāre relatively new but no reason to suggest anything other than them being a bit incompetent, they do seem to be polling regularly though. The guy that does ballot box Scotland has stopped analysing their polls and including them in his trackers as he thinks theyāre overestimating badly the smaller parties - and heās a Green - do you think the Greens are really only one point behind the Tories on the list vote? Iād be a lot happier seeing polls from a selection of different companies. https://x.com/ballotboxscot/status/1699526758259671379?s=61&t=MHJIOYAKuUpVTHulpYS2rQ -

Redfield Wiltonās polling is all over the place. SNP an Labour level on 35% for WM, SNP with a nine point lead for Holyrood Constituency on 39% but in second place on the list with 25%. All very counter-intuitive. -

The thing that is different is that the SNP Council managed to sort it out and didnāt declare bankruptcy. -

I see that the SFA, SPFL and SWPL have unexpectedly grown a pair and have issued a statement saying that thereās no problem in Scotland and no need to introduce these measures.. -

Despite the fact that these proposed rules are completely over the top one thing puzzles me. Given that Sport and Transport are both devolved, what does this have to do the UKG? -

"with a straight face" That means without everyone else - even people opposed to Indy - going "Aye right". We're nowhere near there yet
