  1. Yeah, I suppose 1 out of 3 ain't bad... It just goes to show that there is a silent majority that governments dont cater for and have stuck 2 fingers up to the Media's polls

  3. The media certainly influenced the Scottish referendum in favour of the better together campaign.
  4. Yip I did, due to the fact I had personal abuse on my Facebook from twats on here
  5. Thank Christ that's his last post on this thread. Clearly something wrong with him
  6. We give and give and give Scotland everything. Time, money, support, loyalty even after nearly 20 long frustrating years of not qualifying and we get fvck all back except half arsed performance's and excuses after excuses, not to mention rising ticket costs. I shudder to think about the money I've spent on watching Scotland
  7. He'll be spitting feathers now and probably kick feck out his dug, who is called poppy
  8. As was Phillips, you could just about name a decent side with players not involved in the squad
  9. Got a £5 free bet from the bookies, sticking it on a Scotland win
  10. Hutton was a good player who gave his all for Scotland. When he was at Spurs he (imo) looked decent until a horror injury from Ashley Cole (I think) and really struggled for form after that. I thought his playing days looked over when he started at Villa, especially when he was told to train with youth players. Once he was loaned out to Mallorca I thought we had the Hutton of old back for us, shame he couldn't stay there permanently. Disappointed that he's retired especially after being shown loyalty from Strachan when not playing first team football, but I guess the there's no such thing anymore
  11. I was meaning Stuart Armstrong. Although I will be watching him on Saturday against Ayr
  12. A boy playing champions league for Celtic canny get in but a boy playing against Ayr this Saturday does?!
  13. Enjoyed watching the Scottish players playing for Celtic tonight, sometimes they can be frustrating to watch though. Gordon 8 :- kept Celtic in it with a couple of good saves, but needs to clear his lines better Brown 8 :- kept the ball moving and worked hard, but should be passing it better Armstrong 6 :- Difficult night, gave the ball away a wee bit too much in a crowded midfield battle but will become a better player this season Forrest 5 :- Disappointing night, poor first touch and had to defend more than attack subbed after 60 mins McGregor 3 :- Should have burst the net in the last 5 mins Henderson 3:- unlucky with a shot. Tierney and Griffiths would have played some part of tonight as well, good thing for Scotland is that these players will get game time under Rodgers who will make them better players
  14. Yeah I don't think anyone from the u20's is allowed to have any other colour except black boots.
  15. Only under exceptional circumstances then a player should be played out of position, during the game if a player gets injured, or sent off. When we have Robertson and Tierney at left back, you wouldn't play them over Paterson, Hutton or Bardsley at right back
  16. When Paul leguen first came to rangers he said that there was a drink culture associated with the club and Barry Ferguson was the instigator. Ronnie Delia said that when he took over the players fitness levels was terrible. Brendan Rodgers has already fined 3 Celtic players for drinking and poor fitness levels. Rumour has it that Kris Commons has fined twice
  17. Scotland of old wouldn't settle for a draw away from home against anyone. Scotland of old wouldn't play experienced players in hope of reducing a deficit away to England. Scotland used to be brave, bold and bigger on the world stage, not clapping off a failed team and manager that didn't qualify for another campaign. It will soon be 20 years since we last qualified for anything and yet we still hear calls for the same incompetence that has seen us go backwards. From grassroots to the very top reeks of incompetence. Celebrating failure after failure, and trying to draw some positives is embarrassing. Playing out of form players, playing guys who don't play for their first team and playing players and trying to make them fit into positions doesn't work and hasn't worked since the beginning of time. We need a complete overhaul or it will be another 20 years. Best chance we have is finishing 3rd in a euro qualifier and sneaking in hoping no one noticed hoping how long it took us
  18. Tierney being out is worse than Snodgrass imo. Aye snoddy can be a great player for us but last 2 games he's been posted missing, looks good against Malta and Gibraltar but so do half our players. Tierney is a real quality left back, who has pace, can tackle, great on 1 v 1 situations. real shame that the boy is out
  19. Disagree to a certain extent. Experience hasn't made us qualify for nearly 20 years. Now is the time to let younger players have experience and to learn from it.
  20. Swap Hutton for Bardsley
