  1. Better opposition improves your own level of performance. Three wins against top flight teams with no goals conceded it testimony to that. Also got to laugh at Hearts and that red card. That tackle was no worse than last week.
  2. Killie are terrible. Rangers have played some excellent stuff. Hardly been awful. Superb strike from Law.
  3. Ref also missed a clear pen re foul on Daly.Good tempo from Rangers. Deserve to be in front.
  4. very enjoyable game. Impressed by Dundee but fancy Aberdeen to win it.
  5. First test against India postponed. Understandably so as Philip Hughes funeral will take place on Wednesday, the day before the test match was due to start.
  6. yes you are correct. The band where known as the Marching Ravens I think.
  7. yes excellent. Agree with all the above in terms of some of the best shows. Also there is one about the Baltmore Ravens NFL team and how their band The Baltimore Marching Ravens kept the spirit of the team alive. This despite the franchise moving to Indianapolis in 1984. "The Band That Wouldn't Die"
  8. Very sad. Only 25. Talented player who probably had a lot of tests to play. The news conference at the hospital was very emotional. Impressed by the way it was handled. Whilst graphic, the comments from the team doctor and hospital team of the events leading up to his death made you realize there was little hope. Terrible for family and friends . The guy who bowled that ball will need some real counseling .
  9. First impression when I seen the Law incident was a dive. On closer scrutiny it was a shocking attempt to cheat. I thought we lost the plot on a few occasions although I thought Smiths red was borderline . Miller was on the way to a red as well before getting subbed.
  10. only at the end Beautiful scenery though. There is this one climb of about a mile that hardly has a straight bit of road for more than 30mts. Problem is the start of the run is mostly flat or downhill so its quite difficult not to go off too fast.
  11. Still running three times a week at the moment however recently changes one of the routes to a more challenging run in terms of climbs.
  12. Hearts have impressed me from the very start of the season. The difference in coaching is embarrassingly evident from Levein at the top and now Neilson. Their players are hungry to achieve. They may drop points but so will we. We are in the lottery of the play offs I am afraid.
  13. Sorry Rossy but ask most Rangers fans and they would actually say their prime wish is for the infrastructure of he club to be stabilised and some sort of coaching calibre to be installed. The allegation of big team mentality is only there because of the support base and media interest. Times have changed.
  14. £5 treble on Liverpool, Spurs and Aberdeen pays out £44.10 on Corals.
  15. The worst aspect of this result is that it does not bring McCoist's departure any closer. He and his management team will hang on to the bitter end. Why? With the exception Kenny Mac, the other two are utterly unemployable in any coaching/management capacity . There was a time when I would have said Ally's presence at the club was more important than his ability to get results. He represented the fans and the soul of the club in the face of countless others who had only financial gain in their minds. Now that is gone for me. Ally Ally GTF is not that far away from being chanted and that will be bad. Also its going to be hard to distinguish between boycotting fans and those who have had enough of the crap football. I think you will see fans deserting the club in their droves. ps any tickets going for QoTS away ? :wink2:
