It is still just a small %age of the electorate, and will be the most active politically activated people. Doesn't mean it will transfer to a victory at the polls. Very impressive figures though.

If Wm were going to rig the vote, which must have taken a fair bit of organising, why did they bother offering the "vow" for more powers? It would have been better to not make an offer which is going to come back and give them more grief than they can possibly imagine.

As all votes were counted at central locations, I would think it would be hard to get results from specific villages, areas of towns etc.

The point about 360000 English having a vote is irrelevant. There are several tens of thousands people of various nationalities living in Scotland who also could vote,(and a lot did), but nothing has been said about them. A lot of English folk I know living up here did vote yes, but that doesn't mean it was replicated everywhere.
