  1. Magic, looks like the Carpet Burn TA have a new watering hole.. Hopefully the TA connection will discourage the anti scotland currant buns from slithering back in there when it re opens.
  2. i thought that about Motherwell , look how that went

    Disgrace

Woke up to the fact i most probably wont ever get to watch my country in a major competition. Missed out on previous tourneys cos i had a young family and couldn't afford it but now i can we're just too piss poor.We need another 9 pts to have any chance of qualifying but that won't happen. Biggest thing is the manner of the defeat, no hard luck stories, no numb nut ref, just players who are not good enough. Gutted but i'll still be there on monday hoping a miracle can happen
  4. Bought tickets but they are getting sent out by post rather than special delivery (my mistake) . Is this awright theses days. Always got them delivered after a guy in Motherwell sorting office stole my mates tickets when Scotland were playing at Ibrox during the refurbishment of Hampden years ago.
  5. Only one Iketchi Anya , He loves chips and lasagne, Walking along singing a song, walking in a Scotland wonderland
  6. up at court today, through work as a witness.Cancelled again till tomorrow.Three years of this bullshit, if it gets put back to Friday they can fook off. Had this bollocks pre Poland away as well, Has made today fly in for some reason , hopefully the morra will be the same
  7. As this game draws nearer, i'm thinking about the atmosphere on the day etc. We have a noisy , large away support but our selection of songs are absolutely dire. Three tunes and we run out of options. Our away support should be bouncing about like the Dortmund fans. Wish we could come up with some thing better than Doe a Deer.
  8. cannae wait for this ,Paris was amazing but think a win will make this one of the best trips ever due to what's at stake. Looking forward to meeting up with the Irish . Coming from central Scotland it'll be good to meet someone with an Ireland flag who isn't a total walloper
  9. Biggest laugh is Rangers statement greetin about their fans being goaded. Take it the ibrox cameras never point to the away corner, I've had 40 years of being goaded at that sh1t hole. I was unfortunate enough to be on the edge of our support at the cup game three years ago and sunday was a weans picnic compared to that . Talking about statements, do these Vangaurd Bears actually believe their words have any credibility , "hate crimes" FFs . Whoever penned that statement needs hit wae a baw of his own sh1te,
  10. In the cold light of day I'm just glad its all over . Did not enjoy a 6-1 agg thrashing of Rangers as much as I should have. Yesterday reminded me of how little I have missed the Rangers rolling in to town and all that goes with it, I think yesterday finally destroyed the myth that Rangers will be back to what they were. Yes they have a huge support and stadium but the days of their financial clout and influence in the corridors of power are gone.More importantly ,yesterday wiped out our fear,as a club and as supporters of everything surrounding that mob.Its like when you finally punch a bully then realise there was never anything to be scared of. Well done to the club for standing up on the ticket issue and well done to the players for standing up on the park. Not long ago we'd have rolled over on both accounts, A great end to a crap season and one I hope never to repeat
  11. Don't think so,she likes to be on top , so i'd have seen the burn marks on her ass fae the lightbulb in his bedroom
  12. Derek Johnstone really is an odious cretin. His concern for Rangers fans not getting a ticket is admirable and touching. Maybe the fat ride will consider this the next time he freeloads his way into a match. wonder how many loyal fans he's done out a ticket over the years. They'll be one guy on Thursday sitting in the house despite going to every game this season while the " Legend " park his ass in a seat in the Club Deck. Fookin kn0b jockey!!
  13. Friday Drive to Manchester , get 11,40am flight to Dublin. Ditch bags at Times Hostel, College St and hit the local pubs with the Carpet Burn TA. 7pm get the shuttle bus to Harold Cross dugs where we booked a table for dinner ,beer and betting.10.30pm ,collect winnings and head back to a pub near digs to blow the lot. Saturday Wake up, take two efferthingymajig co- codamol and a big moothful of gaviscon and get back on the swally.Breakfast then get the Dart from Tara St to near the stadium and find a pub for pre match drinks and banter. Watch Anya rip the Irish a new a**hole then spend the night on a pub crawl celebrating. Sunday Wake up , consume more co-codamol and Gaviscon and get squared up for the drive home when we land in Manchester at 5pm
  14. Not one Motherwell fan i know thinks we will get past Rangers. What is it, 39 games since we beat them, and i've been to most of them.In my fifty years i think i''ve seen us win 5 times at Ibrox. That last cup game was the biggest red neck of my life.A pathetic ,shambles of a performance from a team who keeched themselves in the tunnel before kick off. This squad have bottled so many "must win" games this season how can anyone expect them to survive 90 mins at Ibrox no matter how crap Rangers are.I'll be there to see my team with the eternal optimisim of the football fan but if we lose an early goal it could be four or five with our defence. If you'd asked any Rangers fan at the start of the season to pick a team to play in the play off they would have said Motherwell , cos no matter how good we are and how bad they are , there's only one way its gonna go.
  15. will there be a collection point at the stadium , same as Wembley and Poland ?
  16. Gotta be McCallister missing that penalty then that fat ride Gazza scoring up the other end.
  17. he'll need his Teddy Bear for company where he's going
  18. Probably get back to College St from Harold Cross Greyhounds at 11pm on the Friday night. Are there any pubs round about that'll let 8 guys in at that time without the usual bouncer nonsense we get in Scotland
  19. when's our squad announced ? Not exactly a dearth of talent but will still be a tough tough game
  20. flying from Manchester Friday , back on the Sunday, not looking forward to the drive home. Going will be a piece of pi$h though
