  1. Bragg is a decent guy, spoke well during the election and referendum
  2. Not always, seen enough tanked up Scotland fans at hampden acting the idiots wanting fights
  3. I think that's unlikely, the closer we get the more the media will ramp up the pro eu position.
  4. Does he bang on about the snp and all nationalism being evil during this plea?
  5. Amy Predictably sad. Think it's the same people or person who made the senna doc. A lot of video and audio footage from when she was young up until she died. Feel a bit guilty about how I thought of her when she was clearly struggling with mental health issues and addiction in the public eye.
  6. After what is happening in Greece I'm amazed so many people still want an independent Scotland to be part of the eu
  7. Why don't fans party then and just avoid the games?
  8. Out The EU in principle could be a good thing but it's rules by Neo liberal bastards and will never change. Those saying they'll vote in should read more into TTIP, especially if you voted yes in the referendum.
  9. Tried to watch it once but felt my cringe reflex tighten to dangerous levels.
  10. Ireland and Poland showed that we shouldn't be budgeting for zero points against anyone
  11. Jk Rowling should off, not from Scotland just the Internet. The biggest and richest troll online.
  12. Based on what? I think the idea that one person online can sway someone's political opinion, especially after a couple of years of high profile campaigning to be ridiculous. At a guess I'd imagine the only people who read his stuff are people committed to either side. Some of his articles are excellent and he can do good investigative work but agreed that he comes across as a bellend on Twitter
  13. It's been like this for as long as I can remember, even if you're not aware of it at the time. The entire American media ignored or misrepresented the Indonesian genocide in East Timor early 90's. While the UN, American and uk governments not only ignored but actively supported Indonesia because it aided their own business interests.
  14. I didn't really have anyone in mind when I made that post, but I don't think May or Russell are good enough. The others mentioned I would have been happy if they played.
  15. You arguably learn less by playing players who aren't good enough
  16. This is why he's a with no credibility. When it really counted he just fell in line with the rest of the msm
  17. Agreed with the Martian, way better than I expected. Marshland - Spanish cop film set in the 80's when 2 sisters are murdered. Similar vibe with true detective season 1. It's not perfect but solid 7/10. Worth seeking out. Manufacturing Consent - documentary put together of Noam Chomsky speeches and interviews. Essential viewing if you're into the role the media has on the world. Legend - Hardy was great but didn't enjoy it much apart from his performance. Weak.
  18. How so? A) the team sfa and player don't worry about defeat as much because we'll still support them? the sfa / clubs etc aren't bothered about producing better players because we'll still support them? Don't buy either and can't think of any of reasons fans could be blamed for the failure of the team.
