To be fair to pasta he’s never wanted Mcliesh and clearly still doesn’t. He’s also eaten some humble pie in this thread like quite a few of us did.

For those going on about mcginns mistakes and saying Albania would have scored if they were more clinical....... if we were more clinical we would have thrashed them 5 or 6 nil, you’ve got to look at it both ways. Yes there were mistakes and we are far from the finished article but that was a fine performance after all the doon and gloom of Friday night. . McGinn broke up so many attack’s last night and played some great defence splitting passes. There’s not a player in that team who didn’t make a mistake at one point except maybe Alan Mcgregor

I agree. Still McKenna to return to compete with the others at CB too. Dare we even whisper it but are things actually look a little positive? still Fraser to come back, Griffiths didn’t start, mctominey has potential, cairney to get involved im positively beeming with positivity right now 😂😂

We should be way ahead on the scoreboard and have thrashed them in every department so far. There’s absolutely nothing to suggest we are not any better than Albania. We are streets ahead of them and we are showing it tonight.

He’s had one poor pass but he’s been much better than Friday. someone needs to explain to mulgrew that a Hollywood pass only works when it gets to one of your own team. impressed with O’Donnell, souttar, tierney, Robertson, mcgregor and Russell. Naismith off for Griffiths would be a good idea right now

Griffiths is our biggest threat and the future of the team. I’m completely lost as to why he wouldn’t start in front of Naismith or Russell. It’s completely mental fraser is on fire at club level and looked better than most on Friday. Unless Fraser is injured, this line up is lunacy

That’s exactly how I see things. Some but not all rangers fans are absolutely desperate for this to be because jack is a rangers player. I wouldn’t boo him unless he had the gun top on but if he comes on for Scotland that takes a back seat. There’s been players booed that aren’t rangers players too.

I have no idea how accurate some of this is but before the police were centralised to glasgow, certain Aberdeen matches required no police presence. Stewards only and to be honest that's all you would need for a game against Ross County. Higher profile matches required police. As soon as the police moved to Glasgow there were mounted police back at every game, a total waste of money -
There's been some good atmospheres in other matches, I remember Lithuania, Ukraine, Spain andNetherlands . I am sure there's many more IMO scheduling coupled with us being shite has had the biggest effect on the atmosphere. If we are in the mix there's a better atmosphere, if there's passion and drive on the park, there's a better atmosphere and finally Saturday matches are better for atmosphere. Thursday nights, Sunday evenings are no good. From my own personal point of view and most in my group of match attending fans, we have to pick and choose our matches. Due to travel I'd have to take today off to go to the match and the same goes for last Friday. I'm not willing to do that when I have young kid at home a very busy job. If its a saturday I can go up on Saturday morning and either stay the night or come home same day without missing work. Albani and Israel couldn't be at pittodrie because the capacity is not enough. If the supporters club is full which it has been, the demand could exceed the capacity at Tynecatsle, Easter Road or Pittodrie

Williams ruined Osaka’s night, the idiot American crowd bought into Williams melt down and it’s finished with Osaka crying because she was booed. williams comment “I don’t cheat, I have a daughter” was laughable. Every punishment she received was totally justified. She deserves all the criticism coming her way.
