Anyone living/working out in Bucharest just now?

How can I buy tickets for Sat 20/08/16;
Steaua Bucureşti v Dinamo Bucureşti
At 
Arena Naţională

I'm out there and this fixture has popped up.  Could even meet up and I'll buy you a ticket in exchange for partial guide..

 

Any local knowledge for pubs and clubs also welcome.
