It struck me that the statues in the background were familiar. After some investigation and a trawl through my photograph albums, I confirmed that this was the place I took photographs on the afternoon of the opening match at the 1980 European Championships. West Germany beat Czechoslovakia 1-0 through Rummenigge. 36 f***ing years ago!! Attached is an image of the scoreboard. Still trying to get the two others down to fit.
