  1. Standard response from you......I was only joking my dear. Are you Rod Stewart?
  2. Sheepy paranoia on here is highly amusing I must say.
  3. No one said that but as per the truth is usually the first casualty on here. Anyway,if I were you I would keep my powder dry until after Sunday. You never know, you might actually have something worth boasting about by then.
  4. More one paced drivel from us and more baffling management from Ronny. Dunno how the title race will pan out but that Deila is the worst Celtic manager since Macari is not in question for me!
  5. Yeah there are plenty of instances of games being moved. There are also others where they are told no. My point is simply that the clubs cant get together and decide on moving a game. The authorities have the final say in all cases. If one club asks for a postponement for some reason they might ask the opposing club for their views depending on the circumstances. However it's more likely they will make the decision based on the facts presented to them. PS as a wee footnote, I'm sure both Celtic and Rangers were granted one and denied another postponement in their Uefa cup final runs. In both cases I'm pretty sure the opposing clubs were in agreement but the SPL said no
  6. Sorry, but you're making it up. The authorities have the final say in all cases.
  7. It's not up to the other club to agree to call the game off.
  8. Don't think they need any more Celtic fans in the dressing room lol
  9. I'd be interested what Hearts fans thought of Madden yesterday, he seemed to infuriate both sets of fans in equal measure with his inconsistency. He missed a couple of possible red cards for Brown and Oshinawa and the eventual red was a joke. He gave Dundee United the worst penalty decision I've ever seen a couple of years ago and he hasn't got any better. Another SFA sponsored incompetent.
  10. An extra £500 p/w over 3 years is an extra £78,000. For a young man with a family that's a decent enticement.
  11. Great game today and decent atmosphere. Jambos are very physical I must say and bullied us for a time but played some decent stuff as well. Both sides were good going forward but honking defensively. That wee bit of quality up front saw us through. It's looking hard for the sheep now and hopefully we'll grow in confidence. Bobby Madden......jeeeeesus! Enough said.
  12. You're a big fan of maximising your income. Surely you understand this mentality?
  13. Credit where it's due.....they know how to agree a CVA over there and keep their club alive ;-)
  14. Exactly. You can sell the history, passion of Motherwell, Aberdeen....champions league glory nights of Celtics past all you like. It's all about the bottom line.
  15. It's all about the money m8. Sure some people's very principles are for sale these days.
  16. Yip, if i had a penny for every time I've heard someone up here say 'the gravy train has to end sometime.' Still no sign of it though and meantime our clubs can't compete for even average players. That's why you have to snap up talent early, be imaginative and make good use of the loan system. El Bakhtaoui may end up being one that slips away.
  17. I could believe that m8. The money swashing about even in the lower leagues in England is unbelievable. It's hard to make players look at the bigger picture when one injury could finish your career.
  18. I confess I haven't seen a lot of him m8, but what I have seen has been top drawer with more than a hint of ability to play at a higher level.
  19. Just seen his SPFL nomination for goal of the month. I haven't seen much of him but what I have I really like. Looks a very exciting player. I would love to see Celtic take a punt on him. Anyone have a wee bit more insight into him? Obviously no one beat a path to his door in January for a reason.
  20. Celtic 9 Aberdeen 0 anyone? Also witnessed 8-0, 8-1 and 8-3 all vs Hamilton Accies! Various 7's, the most enjoyable a 7-0 win at Fir Park when the young Charlie Nicholas was at his best (still the best young Scottish player I've ever seen). On the flipside I've witnessed 1-5 at Ibrox and Neuchatel. Lost 1-4 the first time I went up to Pittodrie. Worst of all was 0-6, 0-5 and 0-4 on tartan army duty. (Berti Vogts has much to answer for)
  21. None of them, but I'd certainly want to see a bit more of Tony Watt and maybe Phillips. Tierney looks like he needs to fill out a bit and McGinn did ok but looks no better than a trier. Still no options at centre back disappointingly and the 2nd half last night was as bad as anything I've seen for a while.
  22. Aye ok fair enough but plenty others (mostly sheep) have been venting about McGhee on here. I can recall loads of times I've been unhappy about squad/team selections/managerial appointments. The only time I ever seriously considered chucking it was during the Levein era and that was only cos he took away the one thing a fan can't cope without....hope.
  23. You listed it as a reason for people stopping going pal, not me.
  24. Not liking one of the assistant managers is NOT a valid reason for no longer going to watch your country any more imo
