my knowledge of Glasgow tubes is limited but the following could work depending on times?? 15 min walk to Rutherglen station then its 2 stops on the tube to Central then the short walk to Queen Street?

Fletcher has an abundance of ability but unfortunately isn't showing enough of it for Scotland for me. Its not entirely his fault though as he is playing up front on his own with players behind him who haven't been giving him enough service. For the Poland game we need 11 boys who are hungry to play for the shirt. Naismith has to be brought back in, D Fletcher, McArthur, Anya & Griffiths should start as well. There is no denying Strachan picks his squad based on familiarity which has proved (for the most part) successful but I think we are starting to look stale of late with the same 13-14 players being picked under the same formation every game. Freshening things up against Poland might just be the kick up the backside we've all been waiting for....

used many different airline flight apps before and never had any real problems. If your ever unsure you can still print off passes / go to check-in desk anyway. Ukrainian Airlines gave us the wrong seats on our mobile boarding passes en route to Tbilisi earlier month but a quick check on the flight manifest and we were actually in the next row. on the whole I'd recommend using the apps

Sunday night in Iron Horse then Campus was brilliant, as were the Germans! Highlight of the night for me was 4 x Germans on the Karaoke belting out "who let the dogs out"

To see fellow fans shouting at the players to f*ck off and calling them a disgrace when they came over at full time to applaud us wasn't a great sight. Some of our fans seem to think because they have paid money to travel they are entitled to see Scotland win comfortably and the atmosphere to be great etc. Those regular to away games know this is far from the case. We pay our money because we want to watch our national team live and not know what is going to happen next, sometimes you get your moneys worth.. sometimes you don't. The game only lasts 90mins and I am sure most had a great trip despite the result. Anyone who thinks because they had to do a few hours overtime or some take unpaid leave to see the game means they somehow deserve to see Scotland win needs a shake.

haha aye I can imagine! 8 of us staying in Glasgow after the Poland game and flying direct to Faro on the Friday for a week, also staying in Albufeira. Will probably bump into you over the weekend

there is a Weatherspoons in the centre of Luton and a few other pubs (Yates's and The Crown come to mind as 2 I have been in before) next to the shopping centre. Luton isnt the greatest of places but its an improvement on staying in the airport for 9 hours!

At this rate I hope Ukranian Airlines stock plenty alcohol! Lufthansa are forever running out of beer on their flights!

it gets into Gatwick @ 1010 and were hand luggage only so plenty time to get to the departure gate.

2 of us on this route also. 0830 flight from Aberdeen to Gatwick first though

Aye we are on that flight too! We will be the 2 guys in the kilts if you fancy a few beers before we fly We are staying close to central station which isn't far from the Iron Horse either. Neither of us have been in the Iron Horse before so will swing by to see what like then make a night of it in the city centre. struggling to find information on this game (obviously not looking hard enough) but definitely interested in going along. I was at the Duisburg game in Germany as well and was a great day (apart from their fans nicking our flag!!) what time is the kick off? I am guessing you can just PATG? something tells me this won't be as advanced as the Duisburg game where we purchased our tickets online and printed them off at home. The tickets also entitled us to free travel to and from the game.

Shinnie has been outstanding this season for Aberdeen and deserves his place in the squad but Strachan is a fan of familiarity and experience so he will likely go with Forsyth. I would gladly be proved wrong by WGS though!!
