  1. Can't argue with the result. Piss poor from both sides and we continue to defend like school kids. Again I thought we just shaded it, second half, on the balance of play, without really creating much. A goal fitting to win any match. Not convinced it was a foul, but thems the breaks. Ref had a very good game imo. Anyway all the best to anyone that had an interest today, particularly SMcoolJ, Parkie and AberdeenAngus. Gid Loons Enjoy it.......ya bastards
  2. Poor stuff from both sides. Both keepers have had one good save and I would say we are edging it, but only because the game is being played predominantly in the Aberdeen half. Very little end product from us, and overall very frantic.
  3. Just seen it. Like Forrester's it's a very poor challenge. Not sure how that can be anything other than red. CONSPIRACY!!!!!!
  4. Even more baffling when you consider that he had been training with us for 2-3 weeks and still got a deal. I know he's Mince after watching him for 65 minutes.
  5. Played well tonight. Similar performance to Saturday, apart from us actually putting it in the net. Was expecting QotS to be a bit better organised at the back tbh. Good to see MOH start, and putin.a decent performance. I was starting to wonder why we signed him.
  6. He did. His first and second games for Brazil I think. Anyway the two I came on to post about (Gillhaus and Sauzee) have already been mentioned. Gillhaus was really really good.
  7. Was just reading a Gers forum there. One of the lads that broke the news of him signing for us, reckons he has played his last game. To PoolQ - I'm quite surprised to hear that, as Bartons' performances have been under scrutiny for a couple of weeks now. I don't know of any Gers fans that defended his display against Celtic. I must admit, I was happy with that particular signing when it happened, but I'm also big enough to admit it's been a complete disaster. Had a wee chuckle there. Scottish news had Barry Ferguson on commenting on his behaviour. Short memory that yin.
  8. Don't worry lads we'll be there. You'll get your Rangers fix.....
  9. Ffs no way does that count? It was a plastic pitch. Everyone knows we can't play on them........
  10. So Big Boydie hasnt as far to run for his half time pie?
  11. Haha what I think what you said? It's written down in front of us. Anyway as said, it was you that got on your high horse, I simply responded. If you don't want to play anymore, then no worries All the best with whatever you have going on. Hope it isn't as serious as it sounds.
  12. Im not. If you read back, to your initial bed wetting about Tanner, I responded with a joke. My response was to: We have a bigger game on Thursday. Rangers next Sunday is just another league game against a newly promoted lower league team. And then: It's a far bigger game for Rangers fans than it is for Aberdeen fans.Y Now you are saying it IS one of the bigger games? Make up yer mind ffs. Tanners comments have clearly annoyed you but I'll ask again. If this isn't a game Aberdeen fans are remotely bothered about, why will it be better attended than any other league game at Pittodrie? Tbh I think you are just going out your way to be offended at anything. It's one of the biggest games in the callander. Aberdeen were playing. He referenced Aberdeen fans. Yer right, it truly is a scandal.
  13. And yet still, your fans will save their biggest turn out of the season for Rangers? Weird one that. Just a coincidence I assume? For the record I'm not claiming this ISN'T a big game for us, or our support so I'm not sure why you started slavering about that. When I was going regularly it was always one of the first away games I looked for. Even when we were qualifying for the Champions League and you lot were battling relegation (since you seem to think that has some sort of relevance) But then I'm not deluded or in denial about that. Just like the pundit wasn't today and just like your home support won't be next week when they turn out in huge numbers.
  14. How close was he to his Grandfather?
  15. Don't talk nonsense. Thats what you WANT to believe mate and maybe you do personally, but the reality is, this will be one of, if not, the best attended match at Pittodrie this season, and you are now greeting because a pundit has pointed that out. I'm sure the irony isn't lost on you that thousands of your fans will turn out to scream 'you're no Rangers anymore' over and over again.
  16. Aye I'm sure your ticket sales will reflect that. Keep kidding yourself dafty
  17. Good man. Im three weeks dry myself. I like Wright. Doesn't about.
  18. Easily the best player on the pitch IMO. Is he the boy you got from Norwich? Some save from Bain a few minutes ago. Aberdeen's final ball has been rotten.
  19. Rangers is very over priced again now that we are back in the Premier. They were doing a really good deal for the Cup Final v Peterhead last season. Sure it was somewhere I'm the region of £110 + vat. It was available for most league games too I think. Few weeks later they were charging £275 + vat for the SC Semi for the exact same package. Lower leagues I've been to Alloa and Elgin. Both really decent for what you pay, particularly Alloa.
  20. Aye, that particular point is being debated by a lot if Rangers fans. I know it's early days and everyone deserves a chance but he really does look a poor signing. The sending off apart, his overall display was really poor. Wtf was he doing at the second goal? You would criticise youth teams for diving in like that.
  21. Collum had an excellent game imo. The first 20 minutes or so in particular, where it was quite frantic and lot of tackles flying in, can be particularly difficult but he got it spot on, and I certainly don't have any complaints about the bookings he dished out. I actually said to the lads I was watching with that Krancjar should be booked if he had another foul......and he was.
  22. Indeed, but as I say, fair play to him for kicking on and winning the tournament from there.
  23. I think their respective earnings would back that up. It's possibly not even weekly consistency that's his issue, but more game by game. He really should have gone out earlier this week but dug deep and pulls out a display like that for the final. Well done to him, great to watch, and a very likeable lad to boot.
