  1. I'm up in Glasgow this week visiting the parents. Where's a good place in the city centre to watch the match?
  2. I don't see anything by logging on to the UEFA page either, and nothing under the grey competitions box. Not overly concerned, as everything is there when I click on the ticket portal link that tyder63 posted, and I've got my confirmation emails.
  3. I had that yesterday on my work laptop - was okay on my phone. Not tried yet today
  4. Thanks It's ok on my phone - think it's just the IT Police at my work that's preventing me on the computer!
  5. Anyone else tried clicking the link since this fiasco came about? I did out of interest, and it gave me a wee security puzzle to do, which I did, then was instantly blocked! Anyone else?
  6. Did exactly this for the match in Dortmund back in 2014 - great trip.
  7. Anyone know if there's a passenger lift to the South Stand Upper concourse? My 81 year old dad's coming to the Armenia match with me and is really starting to struggle with steps, and I was only reminded on Wednesday how many there are to get up there!
  8. He couldn't catch him in 2012, he's not got much chance now!
  9. Possibly to do with their bank? After an hour of frustration I got mine with a card from a different bank.
  10. Still waiting for my email 3 hours after purchase...... and I have accidentally closed the window 🤦‍♂️
  11. And why is it, when you eventually do get through the validation stage, that it takes so long for a confirmation email with the tickets? I'm always scared to close the window before the tickets have come through!
  12. All my cards are from the same bank. Just tried with a colleague's card (from another bank) and went through straight away. I'll let him know if I enjoy the match he's paid for!
  13. I've tried every card I've got - none of them any good.
  14. Pity some of us supporters aren't!
  15. Yep! - Last time it was user error with me, was using "visa" rather than "visa debit" but not working withj any cards this time!
  16. If Scotland had qualified for the world cup (!), progressed from the group stages (!!) and got to the semi-final (!!!), would Celtic have to play this without Gordon, Tierney, McGregor, Brown, Griffiths?
  17. Were you on the 10.29? That's the one I was on. The 13.40 still seems to be running, hopefully can get on that one with the same ticket.
  18. Looking on the SNCF website, the 13.40 is still running. That's the first direct one of the day now. I'm also concerned that the return journey on the Sunday will get cancelled too, meaning I miss my Eurostar. This trip is becoming hard work!
  19. I've had notification that my train (10.29 from Paris Est to Metz on Saturday) has been cancelled. Anyone know if tickets are valid on other trains? Can't seem to find any info on SNCF website.
  20. Having previously bought 2 odd tickets, I've now managed to get 2 together, so the first 2 are available for anyone looking / or can't navigate the French site. They're in the same area, Ouest Haute - Access 0 - Row 2 - Seat 153 Ouest Haute - Access 0 - Row 20 - seat 139 40 Euro tickets, so £31.50 each PM me if interested
  21. I can't even get them in the basket!
  22. https://www.bestwestern.nl/en/hotels/best-western-leidse-square-hotel-amsterdam-92704 Stayed here a couple of times. As Brummie Hibs says, Leidesplein is a great area, loads of bars & restaurants.
  23. Was in Sri Lanka on holiday last year, it's a fantastic country. We toured for the first week with a car and driver, staying in hotels, so I couldn't comment on the likes of apartments etc in Colombo, but what I would say is that you should rely on a local to drive you rather than taking on the challenge yourself. Let's just say that the driving style is somewhat different to what we're used to! Public transport is very cheap, we went on the train from our beach resort in Bentota to Galle on the south coast for about a pound each. We never felt particularly unsafe anywhere, you just have to be a aware that when you're out and about everyone will want to take you to their uncle's shop or something for a few rupees. As far as things to see, the ancient cities in the cultural triangle are fascinating, along with the many sacred Buddhist sites. The scenery is also fairly spectacular in the tea growing hill country, but remember to take a jacket or jumper, as it is significantly cooler up there. Let me know if I can help any further.
  24. I logged in with my SSC number to buy one extra for my father (already got mine) and I'm down for collection? Didn't see any option.
  25. Powered by "Advanced Ticketing" Mmmm? 1 hr 28 and still waiting!
