Good thread. Personally, I used to think I hated Ayr United the most. Now, I like that rivalry. But I respect them. I really hope Celtic and Rangers go away somewhere else, though.

He's the player I always wanted to be, but I was too old when I developed a wee bit of positional sense and appreciated the art of passing. I was brought up on blood and snotter football 🙄. My wee lad plays that position, sitting in front of a 3 with 2 ahead of him. Probs not making it but our U13s is great fun just now. Like actual 'football manager' stuff 😂 Hes been voted Captain and they're 5 games in to their first season at 11s with refs. Needs to study Billy Gilmour 💪🏻

I'd think there may be lots of variables in play. The guy may well have a 'dual' sense of his nationality. There might be quite the banter in his family. Aye, up to about 12 max, there is not much difference in physical strength and height etc. Puberty/testosterone is the literal game changer and you're right, by 16 the difference is huge.

Saw him in his usual cameo against Bayern. If you didn't know who he was you'd absolutely think he was already an established international with a top country. He was explosive to burst away from defenders and did a few wee neat give and goes etc. Can't believe he'll not be in our next squad. An absolute game-changing player.
