    Glenn Maxwell has probably just hit the best ODI innings ever to win the match for Australia from an impossible position. 201 not out. Virtually crippled by cramp at the end. He was dropped in single figures as well.

    Going out on a limb here. I think Aberdeen should get 50% of the cup final tickets. Should be released in blocks though. To allow any redistribution to Rangers fans.

    Danilo did what any player would have done. Hardly news. It was a pen. The ref saved VAR a job as they would have given it also. Its not even debatable.

    I think Clement is getting something extra from the players. Maybe its down to his basic organisation and planning. Butland made a couple of crucial saves at key moments. However I doubt anyone will question we deserved to win.

    Rangers must have been very poor to lose 3-1 at home to this Aberdeen side. We will look back on that defeat as a key moment in the season.

    Lot better in the second half last night. Coach made some decent changes to address a poor first half performance. Two home games in a row now. Decent chance of progressing.

    I did have my reservations about Clarke but very happy to be proved wrong. He seems to have respect of senior pros. He also maintains a calmness in victory and defeat. Got to be up there in terms of one of the best Scotland coaches.
