And there’s some people who think Tierney is better than him 😂

McGinn, Cairney & McTominay are all good options for us. McDonald, at 30, should be left out of squads. May aswell take some young to South America and take Cochrane, even Gauld who’s only 23.

Souttar was the stand out Scot on the pitch for me today. Hope he is selected for the end of season tour. Berra is so solid & seems to be improving with age, however, we should be blooding youth and taking Souttar, Hendry, McKenna, McCrorie and Bates on the end of season tour IMO.

I think the days of thinking the MLS Is below the level of the Scottish Premiership are long gone. Danny Wilson & Johnny Russell should have as much chance of a call up as any player performing well in Scotland IMO

McKenna & Hendry the big plus points of the evening, as well as the result. Mulgrew, for me, can easily be dropped for Souttar, Bates or McCrorie - yes he’s experienced but he’s slow, sloppy & those two young cb’s showed that ability, pace and determination are more important than “experience”. And Hanley can stay out of the squad.

This is all a bit OTT. There were some new caps & we learned that McKenna is a good option at CB & also that Kevin McDonald at 30 shouldn’t be near this squad. McBurnie was a handful & good to have another young striker with Cummings to back up Griffiths. Once again Grant Hanley looked slow, clumsy & we concede easy goals with him in the side - Let’s try Hendry against Hungary and forget about Hanley please.
