I found it clunky, slow and difficult to use compared with an iPhone. Mind you this was years ago so I'm sure they've come along way since then. I know in America 95% of cases don't go to trial and defendants are encourage to take a plea bargain, public defenders are over worked and again encourage their clients to take a plea even if they are innocent. People can go back to prison if they can't afford fines etc
